Xu Keke accepted it with a smile. The older generation these days, when they're kind to you, always use a lecturing tone; it's a kind of way of expressing themselves, I suppose.

Wang Lin was carrying a pair of scissors and two pieces of clothing.

Xu Keke finished wrapping the sandpaper, stood up, and returned it to Grandpa Zhao.

Xu Keke teased Fu Bao, and Fu Bao giggled, as if she were really thanking everyone.

Xu Keke greeted the others and carried the fence back into the house.

The Song family's house has three rooms. Besides the one they live in, there is another small room where Lin Juan and Fu Bao live. It is now the middle room, which serves as the living room.

Because Lin Juan's room was too small, she placed her old wardrobe, which she used to use, on the outside, using a corner as a makeshift partition.

Xu Keke moved the fence from where the wardrobe was, creating a triangle against the wall, and then moved two chairs to the two corners. Xu Keke also put a sheet inside so that Fu Bao could stay and play there.

Seeing Xu Keke so busy, Lin Juan suddenly sneered, "Let me tell you, don't think that by doing this, we can send you to study in Beijing. We..."
