Ai Cao was bound to a system under the Heaven's Will.
The skills provided by the system allow men to get pregnant, using their bodies as nourishment (upon death) to birth new life.
...
In the chaotic office, Ai Cao stepped on the desk and used the muzzle of a gun to lift the man's chin.
She stared at the man for a few seconds, then whistled, "Oh, I've seen you before."
A look of delight flashed in the man's eyes: "You're so magnanimous, you don't hold a grudge against me..."
“That man who got slapped by the former commander of the Star Corps.” Ai Cao chuckled and patted his cheek with the barrel of her gun. “It’s good to have power, isn’t it? It’s only been a few days, and the bruise on his face has already disappeared.”
The joy in the man's eyes was replaced by fear. He slid off the chair with a thud, his knees hitting the ground hard.
He kowtowed to the mugwort, pleading, "Please spare me...please spare me..."
Ai Cao stroked the gun barrel with a grin, without saying a word.
Having already searched everywhere else, Nana kicked him aside, opened the drawer under his desk, and quickly glanced at it: "It's not here."
Artemisia sighed slowly.
Her sigh was very soft, but to the man it sounded like a thunderclap out of nowhere.
Was he sentenced to death?
The man hurriedly crawled to her feet and continued to kowtow, pleading, "Please spare me, I'll do anything..."
"Nana, should we let him go?" Ai Cao asked with a smile.
The man turned to look at Nana. His eyes were filled with a desperate desire to survive: "Nana?...Oh, Nana, I'm your father!"
He wriggled a couple of times toward Nana, then looked up at her: "Nana, don't you remember me? I was even involved in the design process of your body!"
Nana didn't even glance at him.
“I see.” Ai Cao smiled. “Hmm… Although I’m quite curious about his experience of becoming a father, it’s still too noisy.”
She slowly raised the gun and smashed it hard on his head.
Nana glanced at the unconscious man: "Ai Cao, I didn't find anything related to me in his office."
She said seriously, "I need to look elsewhere."
Ai Cao sighed and kicked the man who looked like a lump of mud on the ground: "Can you search her memories?"
"..." Nana put her raised foot down.
"I have no soul or spirit, I can't do it."
She looked at the man, then at the mugwort: "...But Xia Moli is awake, she wants to talk to you."
Nana's eyes flickered slightly, and when she spoke again, it was Xia Moli's voice.
"That's great, I didn't oversleep." Xia Moli's voice still sounded tired, but she sounded much better than before. "Nana said you encountered someone who wouldn't talk?"
Ai Cao looked at the speechless man on the ground: "Yes. Can Jasmine help search his memories?"
"Okay," Xia Moli said. "What kind of content do you need?"
"It's related to the robot growth potion," Ai Cao said. "If we can't be that precise, anything related to Nana will do."
“You’ve caught the current star cluster leader,” Xia Moli said.
Nana took a few steps and placed her hand on the man's head.
Her palms glowed faintly.
“Hmm… found it,” Xia Moli said. “The room number where the growth potion is placed is Z1.”
She paused, then said, "I took another look. There might still be information about the former star cluster leader in that room. He hid it quite well."
"Thank you," Ai Cao smiled.
Nana's eyes returned to calm. She withdrew her hand and said softly, "Xia Moli, thank you."
Ai Cao squatted down. Humming a song, she took off the man's shirt, tore it into strips, and tied it behind her back.
“Let’s go get the growth potion,” she said.
The system didn't get a chance to speak at all and could only silently transmit the map of the area to Ai Cao.
Now, there's no need to use maps for mugwort anymore.
From the moment Nana stepped out of the office, she had a clear direction to go.
They had already wiped out all the humans in the area, so there was no need to hide from anyone. After turning a few corners and going down a few flights of stairs, they finally arrived at the door of room Z1.
Ai Cao remarked, "This place is like a beehive, with rooms packed tightly together."
Nana smiled slightly and stepped forward to open the door.
Dust settled on the door.
Ai Cao took two steps back and coughed loudly.
She waved her hand to disperse the dust that rose in front of her: "Nana, there's too much dust in here. Can you go in by yourself?"
Nana nodded.
She went into the room alone. Standing outside the room, Ai Cao could only make out the blurry figure inside, who was flipping through documents and items, by the light from the corridor.
Only a quarter of an hour later, Nana came out carrying a metal medical kit.
The mugwort asked, "Is this the growth potion?"
Nana nodded. "Yes." She pointed to her eyes. "I've memorized all the information inside, and I'll share it with you and Xia Moli later."
Artemisia nodded with a smile.
Nana hesitated for a moment, then said, "There are documents related to Project Eve inside...you might be interested in them." She continued, "Including how to summon you into this world, and..."
"A plan to make women from another world 'Eve' and the person who serves as the star cluster leader 'Adam'."
