Unfortunately, there's no sugar here.
Having sobered up a bit, Cen Yu also picked up a glass of wine and took a big gulp with great enthusiasm.
Cen Yu froze.
She still had wine in her mouth, her brows furrowing fiercely. Instead of swallowing, she spat it back down. Feng An took a wet wipe from his bag and used it to wipe the wine stains from Cen Yu's clothes.
“It tastes awful,” Cen Yu said, frowning. She rinsed her mouth with lemon water and then picked up another, more visually appealing cocktail. This time she drank more cautiously, taking only a small sip—but that didn’t stop her face from scrunching up again.
Cen Yu asked, "What's the name of this bar?"
Feng An whispered his name.
Cen Yu frowned. She stood up and glanced at the bar—the waiter and bartender were sitting face to face chatting.
Cen Yu sighed. She had already drunk several sips of lemonade and was no longer in that drunken, unruly state.
She rubbed her temples wearily and said, "The bartender has changed."
Feng An quickly opened his phone and then agreed with Cen Yu's words.
Sighing, Cen Yu pushed the wine glass on the table to the other side and drank only the bottle of wine she had taken from the car.
She had only taken a few sips when a shadow loomed over her.
With a thin layer of anger on his face and covered in snow, the male protagonist stood with his hands on his hips by the booth.
The male protagonist said, "Woman, does rejecting me make you so upset that you have to go to a bar to drown your sorrows?"
Cen Yu pushed the table away, feeling that she had completely lost the mood to drink.
Without even glancing at the male lead, she said in a slightly cold tone, "There's a madman."
