Pei Zhi opened the thing that looked like a piece of waste paper with a hint of disgust.

"You should know what a producer's job entails, right?"

A producer is someone who, aside from not personally overseeing the filming of the actors, is involved in everything else.

Everything from finance and actors to pre-production and post-production relies on the producer.

When Hu Shi saw that Pei Zhi was beginning to hesitate, he immediately tried to coax her.

"As you know, I've been in the entertainment industry for so long, I do have some connections."

"You don't need to worry about the script or the filming crew."

"You don't need to worry about the post-production."

"You don't need to worry about things like film distribution or publicity when the film is released."

After listening, Pei Zhi pursed her lips and said, "Then what do I need to do?"

She doesn't need to do this.

That's none of her business.

What was the significance of Hu Shih inviting her to be the producer?

"How about coming to the film crew and being a mascot?"
