The flames of war turned half the sky red.

Shouts and cries of battle echoed under the deep moonlight, making even the moon overhead seem to be stained blood red.

Amidst the ruined city walls stained with blood, fallen banners, and countless corpses, she looked at the handsome young man with striking features and flowing robes, who resembled a celestial being, and smiled slightly.

With a dazzling smile, he extended one arm and opened his arms to embrace her.

He was being affectionate with her on one hand, and at the other hand, he was talking about his life with his lowly maid, thinking she knew nothing. Their feigned grief and tearful embraces before the enemy princess because they couldn't be together were quite a spectacle for her to watch. She shoved the young man to the ground, her magnificent palace dress fluttering in the cold wind.

"The map of the garrison and defense of all the armies in Wei that you stole from me is fake. I'm afraid that tonight, your Yan soldiers will be buried in Wei. But you are lucky that you died in Wei. Otherwise, even if you went back, Wei would have lost so many people because of your mistake, and you would only be condemned by everyone."

Shen Wangshu looked up at the seemingly endless books above him and gently wiped the cold sweat from his brow.
