"If I turn from a zombie into a human, I will stay with you."

The man felt no joy at all upon hearing this, nor did he believe that the woman's attitude had changed so quickly; something must have altered her mind.

"Why be a human? Isn't it better to be a zombie?" He was even planning to turn himself into a zombie because he didn't want to lose his memory, so he was secretly researching potions.

Damn, how am I supposed to say that?

"Sui Sui, I'm rooting for you!" the system encouraged. It only says this at times like this; otherwise, it just criticizes people whenever it gets its hands on someone.

"I'll just lend you my body to control, and you can do what I say."

"No, if we do that, we'll be dead. You decide what to do, I'm outta here!" With that, the system logged off.

"What are you spacing out for? Are you chatting with someone?"

Sui Yi was terrified and dared not daydream any longer! She came up with a way to make excuses.

"I was just thinking about how to tell you that I don't want to be a zombie."

"Really?" the man asked, disbelieving.

"As a zombie, you can't perceive anything except hearing, smell, and sight."

The man froze, staring intently at Sui Yi, then suddenly smiled.

"I didn't realize being a zombie had such big drawbacks. It was my oversight; I shouldn't have ignored your feelings." The man sincerely apologized to Suiyi.

"Why did you bring me here?" Sui Yi stopped talking about that topic. At this point, with a man's intelligence, how could he not know what to do?

"Let's enjoy some time alone together." The man chuckled, his eyes sparkling with spring as he admired her beauty. Sui Yi, however, felt a pang of regret, lamenting that she felt nothing for him.
