The city is far from being as peaceful as it appears. More than a decade ago, a meteor shower brought a strange virus from outer space, causing some plants and animals on Earth to mutate. This virus is also contagious, infecting some humans as well.

After being infected by the virus, two types of mutations may occur. One type remains unchanged in appearance, retains human emotions, and possesses certain superpowers, commonly known as superhumans. Most of these people are recruited by the special administration bureaus of the country.

Another direction is that they lose their minds and their appearance mutates into that of some kind of animal or plant. Their abilities are even more powerful. If they wander into cities, they will commit evil deeds and kill innocent people indiscriminately. They are generally called mutants.

Therefore, the Special Administration has special detection equipment that can locate and capture them in time, and nip them in the bud before they enter the city.

This mutant was a bit tricky today. Its mutation was in the direction of a dandelion, and it could run very fast with the wind when it was windy. It was too fast to catch, and before I knew it, it had run into a residential building.
