Miao Xiaocui was skeptical, but at least she stopped crying.

Abao realized that his private conversation with Wang Qian had fallen through. His expression turned serious, and he pointed at Wang Qian, saying, "It's still the same as I said before: two options. Either pay the remaining amount at the market price, or void the contract and return the land to my uncle!"

He spoke these words with absolute certainty, his tone utterly unyielding.

He was furious after being tricked by Wang Qian and losing face on the spot.

He vowed that even if he didn't gain anything this time, he would make Wang Qian pay a heavy price.

"I've never liked being threatened!"
