Chapter 7 The End of the World

On the afternoon they got their marriage certificate, the three of them had nothing to do, so they took stock of the things they had stockpiled at home, figuring that if they had forgotten anything, they could still make up for it.

If they found something they liked in food or drinks, they'd have the vendor prepare dozens or even hundreds of portions to be packed up and stored in their online storage so they could eat it whenever they wanted.

Gu Yanzhi woke up that morning to find the weather gloomy. She quickly turned on her phone and saw that various media outlets were pushing out rainstorm warnings, urging everyone to stock up on food at home.

The supermarket was crowded and chaotic. Many shelves were quickly filled with new stock after being emptied. This reassured those who were waiting on the shelves to stock up.
