Inadvertently, Ryan saw the small tree where the people from the Southern Sea Islands were hanging yesterday.
The ten people are no longer on the tree. They were obviously dealt with by Otto.
Ryan came to Otto's tent. Two imperial soldiers were guarding the door of the tent. When they saw Ryan coming, they saluted hurriedly.
"Master Ryan."
Then the two of them pulled open the tent curtain.
Ryan nodded and walked in. As soon as he entered the tent, he saw Otto coming towards him.
Just now in the tent, Otto heard what the two people said at the door, came to Ryan and said with a smile.
"Looks like you've recovered, Ryan?"
"Well, I'm basically recovered. What happened after the people from the Southern Sea Islands arrived last night?" Ryan and Otto walked into the tent side by side and asked.
The two came to the table and chairs in the tent, sat facing each other, and Otto poured Ryan a cup of tea.
"Six people came from the archipelago in the southern sea area last night. We killed five of them in a surprise attack. The other one was Yanar. He had some tricks, but he ran away."
"But...if he doesn't die, he'll be seriously injured. Without advanced healing potions, he won't be able to recover to his full strength in at least a week."
"Then we killed all the remaining ten trapped people and obtained a total of 11 Mist Tokens."
Listening to Otto's words, Ryan sipped his tea and nodded, "How many tokens do you have now?"
"27 Mist Tokens, how about you?" Otto took out the Mist Tokens from his magic guide and placed them on the table.
"1 Mist Lord Token, 21 Mist Tokens."
Ryan also took out the Mist Token from his magic tree and placed it on the table.
Otto looked at the golden color in the token that Ryan took out, picked it up and looked at it with a raised eyebrow.
"The Mist Lord's Token...it's truly beautiful."
Ryan snorted coldly, "Don't mention it. I was backstabbed because of it."
Hearing this, Otto put down the teacup in his hand and chuckled. He didn't know much about Ryan's recent experiences. He just heard bits and pieces from Anna, so he probably knew a lot.
"Who told you to trust the elves so much? With so many of us entering the secret realm, let's not talk about the Mist Token for now. The most important thing is to fight for the Mist Lord Token."
"There are only 50 of them in total, which is incredibly rare. Although Alder's betrayal was unexpected, it was also understandable."
After saying that, Otto handed the Mist Lord token in his hand to Ryan.
"I'll keep the token with you for now. It's safer there. After all, I think if you run away, there won't be many people in the secret realm who can kill you."
"Yes." Ryan took the Mist Lord's token and nodded, then put away all the other Mist tokens on the table.
Then Ryan picked up the teapot on the table and filled their cups with tea before asking.
"When do we hunt fifth-level monsters?"
"Your right arm?"
"It's no problem."
Otto lowered his head in thought, "To be honest, I don't want to hunt fifth-level monsters."
Hearing this, Ryan immediately raised his eyebrows and looked at Otto suspiciously, waiting for Otto's next words.
Otto continued.
"We all know the strength of a fifth-tier monster. While it's not difficult for the two of us to hunt down the rest of the Empire, our efficiency is ultimately very slow."
"We also have to be on guard against other forces taking advantage of us after we're done."
After saying that, Otto raised the teacup on the table, took a sip, and a smile appeared on his face.
"Then...why don't we hunt those who have obtained the Mist Lord's token?"
