After successfully launching their online store, Wang Hu began packing his bags, preparing to embark on his journey home.

He missed the women in Ningbo terribly, and his heart was set on returning home. He had no desire to enjoy the long train journey, even though a sleeper berth would have provided a comfortable rest, it simply took too long. He realized it had been over a month since he returned to his hometown!

Wang Hu decided to fly to Ningbo instead. He asked his brother-in-law Zhang Qing to drive him there; their destination was Zhengzhou Airport.

Zhang Qing readily agreed and drove off at high speed. Upon arriving at the airport, Wang Hu handed the car keys to Zhang Qing and earnestly instructed him, "If you have time, drive this car. Don't leave it idle all the time. Cars that are parked for long periods of time are prone to various minor problems."

Actually, Wang Hu said this because he was worried that Zhang Qing would be embarrassed to use the car.

After all, ever since Zhang Qing started running the online store with Wang Hu, many friends would jokingly tease him when they drank together, saying that he was someone who lived off his wife and brother-in-law, the so-called "gold digger".

Zhang Qing, despite his high emotional intelligence, didn't get angry on the spot. Instead, he replied with a smile, "So what if I live off a woman? You guys want to but can't get any!"

However, since that gathering, Zhang Qing's mindset seems to have undergone some subtle changes.

Whenever he encounters a problem that requires help, he no longer goes to Wang Hu immediately as he used to, but instead chooses to search for answers online himself.

Perhaps those gossips ultimately left a shadow in his heart.

Wang Hu carried only a simple backpack and nothing else, so security was a piece of cake for him. He passed through security smoothly in no time and boarded the plane early. Enviably, he was even traveling in first class.

As soon as he sat down, a beautiful and elegant flight attendant approached him with a smile and offered him a glass of water. Wang Hu looked up and was taken aback; it turned out that this flight attendant was none other than his old acquaintance—Liu Liqiong. He truly hadn't expected that his former friend would now be a flight attendant.

Liu Liqiong, dressed in a neat uniform, stood beside Wang Hu in a standard half-squatting posture, a professional smile on her face, her tone extremely polite and formulaic: "Sir, do you need any other assistance?" However, Wang Hu stared intently at her with a half-smile, his gaze seemingly able to pierce through one's soul. Being stared at like that, Liu Liqiong's cheeks instantly flushed red, and then, somewhat shy and annoyed, she secretly reached out and pinched Wang Hu's thigh hard.

Seeing this, Wang Hu was not angry at all. Instead, the corners of his mouth turned up slightly, and he lowered his head to whisper in Liu Liqiong's ear, "Hey, you've got guts! You dare to harass a first-class customer. Do you believe I'll file a complaint against you right now?"

Upon hearing this, Liu Liqiong was taken aback at first, but quickly recovered and then said coquettishly, "Oh dear! Mr. Wang, you are a magnanimous man, please don't hold it against me! What do you want from me to let me go?"

A sly glint flashed in Wang Hu's eyes as he slowly uttered what could be considered a classic line: "You don't want to lose this job, do you..."

The first-class cabin was rather deserted at this moment, as wealthy passengers were relatively few these days. In the vast space, only Wang Hu sat alone. His restless hand had already stealthily slid down Liu Liqiong's beautiful leg beside him!

Liu Liqiong couldn't help but let out a coquettish cry, quickly raising her delicate hand to forcefully slap away Wang Hu's unruly hand, saying with a hint of reproach, "Oh dear! Stop fooling around, what if someone sees us!"

Wang Hu, however, didn't seem to care at all and replied with a grin, "So what if you see it? We're husband and wife, it's perfectly normal for us to be affectionate!"

However, Liu Liqiong clearly wasn't buying it. She raised her eyebrows and retorted irritably, "Hmph! Get lost! Who said we're husband and wife? I've been married for ages! Didn't I tell you before that I invited you to my wedding? But when I called, you just kept saying you were too busy! What are you busy with, anyway?"

Upon hearing this, Wang Hu's lips curled up slightly, revealing a sly smile. He teased, "You want me to attend your wedding? What would I do there? Are you suggesting I stand in for your groom in the bridal chamber?"

Upon hearing this, Liu Liqiong's eyes widened, and she glared fiercely at Wang Hu. She nervously glanced towards the cabin door, worried that their conversation might have been overheard.

Then she turned back and scolded in a low voice, "Can't you put something serious in your head? All you think about is that nonsense all day long!"

Wang Hu, however, didn't care. He continued to look at Liu Liqiong with a grin, muttering, "Who told you to be so beautiful and charming? It would be strange if I didn't have impure thoughts when faced with such a beauty!"

Upon hearing those words, Liu Liqiong felt a surge of joy. After all, what woman doesn't want to be praised for her beauty? Moreover, at this moment, she truly missed Wang Hu deep down. Thinking back to the lavish meals she had enjoyed before, and comparing them to the simple fare she ate now, how could she not feel longing?

Just then, two or three more people came in. Liu Liqiong lowered her voice and whispered to Wang Hu, "I'll come find you after the plane takes off!" After saying that, she turned and walked towards the other three new guests, warmly offering them drinking water.
