As usual, Wang Hu wandered aimlessly through the streets. It was Saturday, and the streets were full of children, laughing and playing, creating a lively atmosphere.

As he approached his home, Wang Hu saw a group of children playing with yo-yos.

His childlike spirit was instantly awakened, so he quickly walked over and said to one of the children named Xiao Liang, "Xiao Liang, can I borrow a yo-yo to play with?"

Xiao Liang looked up at Wang Hu and said somewhat reluctantly, "Uncle Hu, you're an adult now, it's not fair for you to play with us!"

Wang Hu smiled, took out a hundred-yuan bill from his pocket, waved it in front of Xiao Liang, and said, "How about this, I'll treat you to spicy strips, okay?"

Xiao Liang's eyes lit up immediately. Without hesitation, he took the 100 yuan from Wang Hu's hand, then handed all the yo-yos in his pocket to Wang Hu, saying, "Uncle Hu, here you go!"

Then, Xiao Liang turned to his friends and shouted, "Let's buy spicy strips! Anyone want to come with me?"

"Wow!"

"I'm going too!"

The children responded enthusiastically and swarmed after Xiao Liang to buy spicy strips, leaving Wang Hu's team somewhat dumbfounded.

After a while, Wang Hu secretly rejoiced. Fortunately, these kids were quite trustworthy and came back after buying the spicy strips.

This yo-yo game is actually very simple. You just use your yo-yo to hit your opponent's yo-yo. If you knock your opponent's yo-yo into the dent, your opponent loses.

Although Wang Hu is already an adult, he plays this game with no hesitation.

His technique was skillful, and his strength was perfectly controlled. In no time, he had won a whole bunch of marbles.

Three-year-old Zheng Yang, after losing his yo-yo, suddenly burst into tears. The crying was like a flood breaking its banks, unstoppable. Soon after, the other children around him seemed to be infected and started crying too, creating a noisy cacophony of cries.

At that moment, Feng Fenfen was chatting happily with her neighbors at home when she suddenly heard a crying sound outside, which grew louder and louder. She put down her work and followed several neighbors out of her house.

When she arrived in the courtyard, she saw a group of children surrounding Wang Hu, all of them crying their eyes out. The scene was truly both funny and sad.

Seeing this, Feng Fenfen assumed that Wang Hu had bullied the children, and she immediately flew into a rage. She rushed forward and reached out to grab Wang Hu's ear.

"You're such a grown man, yet you bully a child! Aren't you ashamed?" Feng Fenfen shouted angrily at Wang Hu.

Wang Hu got a scolding from his mother, and then she gave the yo-yo back to them.

Finally, pointing at Zheng Yang, he said, "If you lose, you'll cry, and I won't play with you anymore."

Wang Hu's words were like a fire, instantly igniting Zheng Yang's emotions, which had just been calmed down, and he burst into loud sobs.

With a "smack," Feng Fenfen smacked Wang Hu on the head with the knitting stick in her hand without any mercy. "Still bullying a child?!"

Wang Hu took out a hundred-yuan bill from his pocket, handed it to Xiao Liang next to him, and said, "Xiao Liang, take them to buy some spicy snacks!"

This trick worked perfectly. The little ones' eyes lit up as soon as they saw the money, and their crying stopped abruptly.

They swarmed around Xiao Liang, chattering excitedly about which flavor of spicy strips to buy, their earlier sadness long forgotten.

Feng Fenfen looked at Wang Hu, who wasn't going home again, and asked, "Where are you going now? It's almost noon, aren't you going to eat?"

"I'm going out to eat!" He dared not go back at this moment; his mother hadn't hit him yet, but once he left, things might change.

I happened to run into his grandfather carrying a radio, listening to opera as he walked home!

"Grandpa, let's go for a walk!"

"Sit at the east end of the village for a while. Where are you going? Have you eaten yet?"

Wang Hu, supporting his grandfather's arm, said, "I'm going to a restaurant. How about we go together, you and I?"

"You go ahead, I won't go!"

Wang Hu's grandfather is in much better health than he was a year ago. A year ago, he had to use a cane to walk, but now he can walk several miles without any problems.

Wang Hu didn't go out to a restaurant; he planned to eat at the soy sauce factory canteen. He'd heard from the villagers that the food was pretty good, but he'd never eaten there before!

As soon as Wang Hu stepped out of the village, a red Mazda pulled up beside him. When the window rolled down, Wang Hu saw that it was Zhang Haili.

Zhang Haili tilted her sunglasses up and said coolly, "Get in the car!"

Wang Hu got into the passenger seat and asked her, "When did you get your driver's license?"

Zhang Haili said proudly, "I already have a driver's license. If I hadn't met you, I would have been driving a big truck!"

Wang Hu tilted his head to look at the driver's seat, where he saw Zhang Haili wearing large sunglasses, a white T-shirt and black pants, looking neat and stylish, with a cool and sassy look.

Wang Hu imagined that if she really drove a big truck, it would be really cool.

Zhang Haili glanced at his staring expression, a smirk playing on her lips. She thought to herself, "At least my outfit wasn't a waste!"

Looking at the direction the car was heading, which didn't seem to be towards the town or back to the village, Wang Hu asked, "Hey, where are you taking me?"

The car quickly drove into a newly built residential area in the town.

"get off!"

Why did you bring me here?

Wang Hu followed closely behind Zhang Haili like a little follower, climbing the stairs step by step. However, once they reached the top of the stairs, Zhang Haili seemed to have become a different person. She was no longer as reserved as before, but instead took the initiative to stretch out her arms and hug Wang Hu's arms tightly.
