Ye Yunxi continued working at the base hospital, and after observing for half a month, the snake still did not appear.

That day, Chen Zhe was a little bored at home. Zhang Jing had been studying medical knowledge with Ye Yunxi and Gu Qingqing, leaving early and returning late every day.

So he came to the base hospital with Zhang Jing, wanting to ask Ye Yunxi whether she still wanted the transplant.

Zhang Jing blushed and said, "Qingqing, you're so annoying," before walking to her seat and sitting down.

Chen Zhe's face was also red. After confirming his relationship with Zhang Jing, he had never told them. He knew Zhang Jing was married, but that man was a scumbag. However, in the end, she was killed by Ye Yunxi.

Chen Zhe coughed awkwardly.

"I came here to see Sister Yunxi, and also to drop Zhang Jing off at work."

Fu Heng escorted Ye Yunxi to the hospital entrance. After saying goodbye, she headed towards her office. As she reached the door, intending to greet Gu Qingqing, she saw Gu Qingqing gesture for her to remain silent, pointing instead to Chen Zhe and Zhang Jing.

Ye Yunxi glanced over and saw Chen Zhe watching Zhang Jing, who was focused on her work. A slight smile appeared on her lips; it seemed good news was on the horizon. She just had to wait and see when Chen Zhe would tell them.

Ye Yunxi coughed softly. Chen Zhe turned around in surprise and saw Ye Yunxi standing at the door.

He immediately stood up and scratched his head somewhat awkwardly.

"Sister Yunxi, when did you arrive? You walked so quietly, you startled me."

Ye Yunxi raised an eyebrow and said with a smile, "Am I walking silently, or are you watching too intently?"

Gu Qingqing covered her mouth and chuckled to herself.

Chen Zhe glanced at Gu Qingqing, who was secretly laughing, and his face instantly turned red. He then looked at Ye Yunxi and explained.

"Sister Yunxi, I didn't! I came here to find you."

Ye Yunxi smiled, and then, seeing through his lie, she continued to ask him questions.

"Is there something you need?"

Chen Zhe said seriously, "I came to ask if Sister Yunxi still wants to plant. I was thinking that since the snakes haven't come back, the planting area should be started, otherwise those plots of land will just be left lying around, wouldn't they be wasted?"

Ye Yunxi had also thought about this issue, but she hadn't told them yet. Now that Chen Zhe had come to her today, she might as well tell him.

After she finished speaking, Ye Yunxi patted Chen Zhe on the shoulder.

Doctor: "I understand you are anxious, but the medicine you mentioned is not available in our hospital and cannot save the old man's life. We are truly helpless."

Ye Yunxi heard that the young man had come to the hospital seeking medicine, but the hospital didn't have it. If she had the medicine the young man mentioned, she was willing to make a deal.

She has everything she needs, except for ships and helicopters.

So she stepped forward and asked the young man.

"Hello, what medicine are you referring to? Perhaps I have some."

Upon hearing that there was medicine that could save his grandfather, the young man turned to look at Ye Yunxi. He was shocked when he saw who she was.

"It's you!! Wait, do you really have the medicine?"

Ye Yunxi looked puzzled. Who was this person? He seemed familiar, but she didn't recognize him. She asked again.

"You have to tell me what kind of medicine it is before I know if I have it or not."

The young man told Ye Yunxi, "My grandfather has asthma, and he needs asthma medication. Do you have any?"
