Lin Chuchu smiled and said okay. When she walked out of the infirmary, she saw their residence, a row of three-story buildings that looked clean and hygienic.

"Sister Chuchu, that's the house we were allocated. Isn't it beautiful?"

"I heard that in other buildings, several researchers and security guards live in one building. Our group lives together, so it's more comfortable."

The two people turned around to the front of the house. There was a small courtyard in front of the building, and a vegetable garden in the courtyard where they could grow vegetables.

There's already a bed and wardrobe inside; we can just move the bedding and clothes over later.

Lin Chuchu looked at the courtyard next door and saw a bright red quilt cover hanging outside. Lin Chuchu knew immediately who it belonged to.

"Are Researcher Tian and the others next door?"

Researcher Tian's mother got him a set of red bedding, saying it would bring good luck in finding a partner. Researcher Tian's bedding was the most festive in the entire institute.

Xiao Lu laughed, "Yes, Researcher Tian and the other three live together."

Lin Chuchu smiled and nodded.

We became neighbors again, and things got lively again.

Lin Chuchu and her companion went to the supermarket to buy some more things, which were then delivered to their new residence before returning home.

Lin Chuchu had originally planned to tidy up the house, but since she wasn't feeling well, she decided against it.

The next morning, the group members moved. Lin Chuchu was feeling a little better, so no one asked her to help move heavy things.

The group first carried Lin Chuchu and Xiao Lu's things over. They were all grown men, and they finished moving both of their things in one trip.

The rest they didn't need to help with, since the men had fewer things to carry.

I came to see it yesterday, but it still feels very novel today. Lin Chuchu and Xiao Lu live on the third floor.

Each person has their own room with a private bathroom, a small balcony, and a small living room furnished with a desk and bookshelves.

The beds in the bedroom are all large beds, and the wardrobes are also very big.

There is a terrace near Researcher Tian's room, and the terrace opposite is also on this side. On a sunny day, you can even play badminton on the roof.

The other group members were in rooms on the second and third floors, which were more like dormitories, with two people sharing a room. Each floor had two bathrooms and a laundry room.

Because there are more people living in their building, there are more rooms, but the facilities are also much better than those at the military base.

As Lin Chuchu and Xiao Lu were enjoying the scenery on the terrace mountain, they suddenly saw a tank slowly driving out from the tank base. It was different from the tanks commonly seen today.

This was also the first time Xiao Lu had seen one. "It looks like it is. This tank is different from the tanks currently in service."

While the two were discussing in hushed tones, they saw several researchers in white coats emerge from the research lab where the tank had come out. Some of the figures looked very familiar, as if they were Researcher Hou and his team.

It seemed to be true. The two watched with great interest as the tank underwent various experiments. From a distance, it looked like a toy.

Soon, a loud bang was heard; they were conducting a blasting experiment.

We can't see the results of the explosion from here, but judging from the way those people are talking and gesturing, they don't seem very satisfied.

Just then, Lin Chuchu clearly saw the upper part of the tank rotating, the cannon barrel slowly turning from one side to the other. Then, as if it saw them, the cannon barrel slowly turned back, pointing directly at Lin Chuchu and the others.

Xiao Lu was startled and quickly stepped in front of Lin Chuchu, saying, "Sister Chuchu, why don't we go downstairs?"

What if the shell accidentally fires and I die? That's alright, but I can't let Lin Chuchu get hurt.

Upon hearing this, Lin Chuchu laughed and said, "It's alright. I guess the people inside the tank are Researcher Tian and Feng Tao. Only those two would make a joke like that."

Sure enough, as soon as he finished speaking, the cannon barrels that were pointed at the two of them turned to another direction.

Xiao Lu unconsciously breathed a sigh of relief.

Just as Lin Chuchu had guessed, the people inside the tank were indeed Researcher Tian and Feng Tao.

The two were experimenting with various data. Through the observation port and telescope, they saw people standing on the roof, right next to them. That must be Lin Chuchu and her group.

The two of them were incredibly excited.

"Haha, our tanks are so cool! Do you think Comrade Lin's legs went weak with fear?"

Researcher Tian laughed heartily, and Feng Tao was also extremely excited.

"These are our Chinese tanks, they're so cool."

The two of them were chattering away. The space inside the tank was already small, and the other soldiers looked serious, almost as if they were about to cover their foreheads.

Lin Chuchu had a three-day holiday and hadn't been back for a long time, so she bought a lot of groceries in the evening and treated everyone to a meal.

Some of the food from the cafeteria has been brought back. Yesterday, someone specially saved a big fish, ribs, meat, ham sausage, canned food, and some green vegetables.

The rice cooker was a bit small, so Lin Chuchu brought over all the pots from next door as well.

There were two pots of rice, as well as some steamed buns and rolls. The food was plentiful, and there were more than 20 people, including Researcher Hou's partner and Du Lingling, who sat at two tables.
