"Alright, it's getting late, why don't we all go to sleep?"

Tomorrow is the first day of the Lunar New Year. People will be coming to pay their respects very early in the morning; I don't want them to get stuck in my bed.

It was indeed getting late, and Sheng Xitai and the others were so sleepy that they kept yawning.

So they all went back to the kang (heated brick bed), without taking off their clothes or laying out bedding, and lay down fully clothed. Before long, they all fell asleep.

Sheng Xiping returned to the west room, where he cuddled his wife and child and slept soundly.

The adults should wash more diligently, what else can we do?

The couple worked together and quickly stripped Xiao Xinhua naked.

Zhou Qinglan had a good postpartum period, with plenty of breast milk, and she also took good care of feeding her baby.

That little guy is so chubby, his arms and legs are like lotus root segments, he's really adorable.

This kid's eating and peeing more and more; Mom doesn't have to do anything else all day but wash his diapers.

Following his wife's instructions, Sheng Xiping quickly gathered all the clothes, diapers, and blankets together, wrapped them in the blankets, and threw them into the large basin on the ground.

Zhou Qinglan also felt that taking her to urinate was the easiest way. Even if she took her to urinate five or six times a day, wouldn't that save her from washing several diapers?

Xiao Xinhua sleeps well at night and wakes up in the morning without crying or fussing. He stares wide-eyed, grins, and waves his arms and legs while babbling to his parents.

Sheng Xiping and Zhou Qinglan were discussing how to potty train their son, and neither of them paid any attention to him.

When the little guy saw that no one was paying attention to him, he immediately became unhappy, pouted, and started to cry.

Sheng Xiping came out of the west room carrying a basin of diapers and clothes.
