After the 23rd day of the twelfth lunar month, the entire bureau was on holiday, and there was no way to transport timber to the lumberyard, so the original trolley was left idle.

So on the 24th, Wang Yuanjun and another tractor driver, along with foreman Guo Chunsheng, Zhao Qingli, and several others, made arrangements with the original truck driver to deliver a load of firewood to the secretary's house.

It took several people a lot of effort to load a large, sturdy cart full of branches and timber.

The cab of the original wagon wasn't big enough for all of them. So they discussed having the driver leave the wagon on a side track inside the station.

And so, Old Zhang drove off first in his original vehicle, while the others stayed behind to wait for the shuttle bus.

Doesn't this mean the holiday will be delayed by a few days? Some people are already itching to stay on the mountain.

To appease the workers, Feng Baosheng said that those who wanted to go home could take the commuter bus.

If we slightly adjust the commuter bus schedule, workers can take the commuter bus downstairs after work and then take it upstairs to work earlier in the morning.

After work, everyone rushed to the bus stop, haphazardly squeezing onto the bus to head home.

Everyone heard a loud bang, followed by a crash, as a huge impact caused them to lose their balance and slam forward.

That enormous thing in front is the trolley behind the original trolley.

The truck was loaded with a huge pile of branches and timber. Due to the impact, the branches and timber were scattered all over the ground, and the truck overturned off the roadbed.

The front window of the commuter bus was shattered, and glass shards flew everywhere, hitting the workers and driver first.

"Jianshe, you go to the Sen Tie call center, I'll go to the dispatch room." Chen Weiguo pointed and then ran towards the dispatch room.

The Forest Railway Bureau's Communications Section has set up a telephone exchange in each forest farm, with staff on duty 24 hours a day.

The same applies to the dispatch room at the site; during the winter operations, staff must be on duty day and night.

So Wang Jianshe and the others ran to knock on the doors of the call center and dispatch room and quickly explained the situation to the people inside.

Upon hearing this, the call center staff were alarmed and immediately contacted the bureau to request a crane rescue.
