Chapter 406 Jiaojiao and Zhuangzhuang

Chen Weiguo and the others worked together to cut off the bear paws, skinned it, and then chopped the meat with an axe.

The Sheng family gets half, and the rest is divided among the rest of the family.

Sheng Liancheng wanted to give them more, but none of them wanted more.

"Uncle, we've already felt bad enough for Xiping to take what's readily available for us every time."

"A little bit will do, we've run out of meat at home lately," everyone laughed.

After dividing the meat, the group didn't waste any time and each carried their share home. Meanwhile, the Sheng family prepared their meal and got ready to eat.

Sheng Xiping stayed with Huahua and waited at the edge of the woods until about 6:30.

At this time, everyone is eating, and there aren't many people outside.

So Sheng Xiping, carrying the tiger cub and with Hua Hua following behind, quietly slipped into the forest and returned to the Sheng family home.

In the east room, everyone was eating when they heard a noise, so Sheng Xitai came out to see what was going on.

"Hey, big brother, what are you holding?" Sheng Xitai, with his sharp eyes, noticed what Sheng Xiping was carrying and quickly asked.

“Hua Hua’s children, two tiger cubs,” Sheng Xiping explained, glancing back at Hua Hua with great vigilance.

He was worried that Hua Hua would get angry again, but Hua Hua didn't care at all. She just strolled over to the west room and lay down on the ground.

As expected, Hua Hua completely trusted the Sheng family.

"Wow, such tiny tiger cubs, just like kittens, so cute!"

Sheng Xitai's eyes widened suddenly, and he curiously peeked over to take a look. He saw two furry little guys sleeping with their eyes closed.

As soon as Sheng Xitai shouted, all the Sheng family members who were eating in the east room put down their chopsticks and ran out to see what was going on.

"Oh my, such tiny tiger cubs! Hua Hua is such a big tigress, yet she gave birth to two such small cubs?" Sheng Liancheng glanced at them and laughed.

"Dad, wild animal cubs aren't very big when they're first born. You'll see in a while; they grow really fast."

Actually, the two tiger cubs aren't small; they're about the size of a regular cat. They just look tiny compared to the tiger's size.

"Dad, didn't you make a nest for Huahua? Take it to the west room."

"Huahua is injured and needs to stay home to recover and recover after childbirth," Sheng Xiping reminded his father.

"Oh, right, right, you wait here, I'll go get it right away."

Sheng Liancheng didn't even have time to eat. He quickly took the large flower basket into the house, then laid a layer of dry grass under the basket, and then a layer of burlap sacks.

"Huahua, this is your home."

Just as Sheng Liancheng finished making the nest, Hua Hua jumped into the flower basket and lay down.

Sheng Xiping also placed the two tiger cubs under Hua Hua's belly, letting the cubs find their own milk.

"Brother, are these two tiger cubs male or female? Have they been named yet?"

Seeing the two tiger cubs struggling to find milk, Sheng Yunfei couldn't help but ask curiously.

"It should be a brother and sister or a sister and brother. What? Are you going to name the tiger cubs again?" Sheng Xiping asked with a smile.

"Yes, yes, we definitely need to name them, otherwise what will we call them in the future?"

Sheng Yunfang, Sheng Yunfei, and Sheng Xitai responded in unison.

"Whatever, you three can figure it out yourselves. I'm not involved."

Sheng Xiping shrugged, got up to wash his hands and eat. He'd better leave the brain-taxing task of naming his children to his younger siblings.

Sure enough, the three siblings were heard arguing in the west room.

One person suggested calling it Little Flower, another said no. One suggested calling it Tiger, but this person said it is a tiger, why would you call it Tiger?

"Alright, alright, you guys go back and eat first. We'll think about it later after you finish eating."

Zhang Shuzhen pulled Sheng Xinhua and Sheng Xinyu, who were watching the show with curiosity, away to eat, and also called on her daughter and son.

The three siblings went back to the east room for dinner, and they were making a fuss while they ate.

Even after they finished eating, the matter of naming the two tiger cubs was still unresolved.

Finally, Sheng Liancheng coughed and spoke on the other end of the line.

"Well, if you ask me, one should be named Jiaojiao and the other Zhuangzhuang. That would be much better than the names you guys came up with."

Upon hearing this, the three siblings were all taken aback. "Jiaojiao? Zhuangzhuang? Hey, these are nice names."

Indeed, it's much better than any of those flowers or blossoms they came up with.

"Okay, then we'll do as Dad says. One of the tiger cubs will be named Jiaojiao, and the other Zhuangzhuang." And so, Huahua's two cubs finally had names.

After dinner, all the children rushed to the west room to see the tiger cubs.

Sheng Xiping specifically instructed them that they could look, but no one was allowed to reach out and hug him.

Hua Hua has just given birth to her cubs, and she's at her most protective of them. If you anger her, she might bite you.

The older children, Sheng Xitai, were fine; they remembered things after being told once. But Sheng Xinhua and Sheng Xinyu were too young, so Sheng Xiping was worried and had to accompany them.

Seeing the two children reach out, he quickly stopped them. If they still wouldn't listen, he simply gave them a slap. After a couple of times, the two little ones stopped reaching out.

Back at the Sheng family home, Hua Hua was noticeably less wary, becoming lazy and carefree. She lay down in the large flower basket that Sheng Liancheng had prepared for her, closed her eyes, and fell asleep, oblivious to everything.

The two little tiger cubs were clearly full, lying under their mother's belly, sleeping soundly.

"What time is it? Why are you still looking at tiger cubs? Hurry up and get ready for bed."

Hua Hua is injured and has to stay home to recover recently. I can see her anytime I want.

Fourth and fifth brothers, you two should go to bed early. The high school entrance exam is in a few days.

Things are different now. It's a unified exam for the whole city. If you two can't even get into high school, you'll be incredibly embarrassed.

Sheng Xiping has been busy dealing in timber and gathering cattle hair lately, and hasn't had time to attend to his two younger sisters' studies.
