They came here after hearing about the beach enclosure project.

"Ziyan, I heard you're going to raise fish in the sea?" Min Ting asked as he walked out of the shrimp farm.

Lin Ziyan: "That's right, the beach has been fenced off."

She escorted them to the village entrance and briefly explained the fish farming situation.

Before getting into the car, Mayor Min's eyes were full of admiration. "You are a promising young man. I will personally come to cut the ribbon once your fish farm is up and running!"

"Great, it's an honor for our fish farm!"

Lin Ziyan watched their convoy leave before turning to go home.

She chatted with Mayor Min the whole time, while the village officials followed behind.

Secretary Qin puffed on his pipe, squinting his eyes. Ah Yan looked just like her father.

He used to sigh inwardly, thinking that the eldest granddaughter of the Lin family only knew how to play around and had no ambition.

"Secretary Qin, I'm going back now. Thank you for your help today." Lin Ziyan smiled and nodded to them before walking down the path home.

The group watched her departing figure, each with their own thoughts.

"I went to your house just now but it wasn't there." Lu Qiuying walked up quickly.

The two walked in the shadow of the eaves.

Lin Ziyan briefly explained what had just happened before patting her head, "I almost forgot, I have to go to the teacher's house to hand in my homework today."

Lu Qiuying's lips curled up, and a smile spread across her eyes.

"Homework assignment? My grandma really assigned homework..."
