Chapter 112 Being Dominated (1/2)

"What do you mean, Xingguo? Are we the kind of people who would refuse to return things that belong to others? Aren't we in trouble now? What's wrong with brothers and sisters helping us?" Wang Yue was unhappy when Xingguo said that their family was not doing well.

"What does your family's difficulties have to do with my eldest sister? You'd better stop thinking about that and think about how to send your parents away!" Xingguo turned around and closed his eyes to rest.

Wang Yue cried for half the night. Xingguo felt sorry for her and was also afraid that something might happen to the baby in her belly. "Go home and stay tomorrow. Forget about my elder sister!"

Wang Yue...why wouldn't she want to? Why would she, a widow, live in such a big house with a child? It would be safer to live at home. She was also thinking about them.

The couple didn't sleep well that night. The inn was cheap, but the heating was poor. There was no heat in the room at midnight. It was nothing like their family building. Both of them were very worried, so they fell asleep in the morning.

Not long after they fell asleep, Wang Xiaoshan came over to wake them up. He was hungry and wanted to go out for breakfast. He wanted to eat big meat buns, fried dough sticks, wontons, shredded pork noodles... He had thought about what to eat last night. As for the coldness of the hotel, he didn't feel it. His home was drafty and much colder than this. He slept very well.

Xingguo felt like he had just fallen asleep when he was woken up. He felt dizzy and said, "Xiaoshan, why did you get up so early?"

"Eat! I've been hungry for a long time. Get up quickly. Everyone at home is waiting for us!" Xiaoshan went straight into the house and asked Wang Yue to eat.

"Wake up sis, mom and dad are waiting for breakfast!"

Wang Yue got up in a daze and quickly put on her clothes. She didn't have the usual morning mood.

Xingguo didn't want to go home to see that family. "I'm going to work directly, you guys go back."

Wang Yue nodded dazedly and took Wang Xiaoshan to a breakfast shop near his home to buy breakfast.

Breakfast for seven people cost nearly five yuan, including five yuan for tofu pudding, ten yuan for fried dough sticks, twenty yuan for wontons, and forty yuan for half a pound of meat dumplings.

Wang Xiaoshan wanted to eat everything. He ordered one portion of dumplings, wontons, fried dough sticks, and tofu pudding for each person, and two tea eggs for each person. He seemed to be eating a fool.

Wang Yue kept saying that it was too much and she couldn't finish it. Baogen was still a child, so she just needed to give her some. She couldn't eat that much herself, so a fried dough stick and a portion of tofu pudding were enough.

"Sister, don't worry, there won't be any left!" Wang Xiaoshan patted his chest.

Wang Yue paid the money distressedly, and the two siblings borrowed lunch boxes and basins from the breakfast shop and left a deposit to take so much food home.

The Wang family members have already gotten up and are waiting for them to come back!

"Why are you back so late? Your dad and Baogen must be hungry!" Wang Qi complained as soon as he entered the door.

"Mom, we'll be back early tomorrow!" Wang Yue quickly put the things on the coffee table and went to the kitchen to get the dishes and chopsticks.

"Dumplings, I want to eat dumplings!" Baogen shouted as soon as he saw the dumplings.

"Hey, my big baby, don't worry. You must be hungry. Grandma will get it for you!" She said as she got dumplings for her grandson and complained to Wang Yue, "Look, your nephew is hungry. Eat breakfast tomorrow."

"Okay, Mom, I'll get up early tomorrow!"

The whole family ate up the breakfast table like starving ghosts, and they still seemed to be reluctant to eat more. Baogen’s six or seven-year-old child ate just as much as the adults.
