Mingyao turned pale with fright, like a startled fawn, shaking her head and denying it.

"No."

She shrank back and said cautiously, "Dad, I didn't question you."

Su Qiqiang was satisfied with Mingyao's reaction, but his face remained gloomy.

“Su Xueya, you and Pei Siyu have been married for so long, it’s impossible that you have no feelings for each other.”

"If you just act cute and say a few sweet words, he'll invest in the Su Group."

Mingyao bit her lower lip, looking troubled. Su Qiqiang scolded, "Are you going to just watch the company go bankrupt?"

The assistant's eyes widened: "President Pei, the Su Group is currently on its death throes. Investing in it might..."

Before she could finish speaking, Pei Siyu's piercing gaze fell upon her.

The assistant swallowed hard, lowered his head, and dared not breathe.

Mingyao was still worried about money, and she couldn't possibly ask Pei Siyu for help.
