It was another early morning, and everyone hurriedly got out of bed to the sound of a loudspeaker playing music.

The aroma of food was already wafting from the kitchen. Around four o'clock, Jiang Xile got out of bed.

Today is her and Ren Qi's turn to cook.

Jiang Xile didn't go further in; she just picked one from the edge of the ridge and took it to the kitchen.

Holding a kitchen knife, he imitated the original owner's actions, chopped off the vegetable roots, and was about to throw it into the slop bucket when Ren Qi called out to him.

"Don't throw it away!"

Jiang Xile paused, holding the vegetable root in her hand.

"Sister Renqi, what are you keeping this thing for!"

"Make some pickled vegetables, they'll be perfect with lunch!"

"You can use this to pickle vegetables?"

"Of course, you'll see when I've finished!"

When Ren Qi cooked last time, Jiang Xile wasn't there, so naturally she didn't get to eat this pickled vegetable made from cabbage roots.

This is much easier than killing zombies. With Jiang Xile's strength, this kind of work is no problem at all.
