The Mid-Autumn Festival in 1996 fell before National Day, at the end of September.

Feng Haidong brought his parents from the town to the city, so he called his eldest brother, eldest sister, second sister, and younger siblings to invite them to his restaurant to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.

This year, both families got together to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival.

So Feng Haidong's mother and mother-in-law, along with Lu Wanling and Lu Wanhong, started preparing the ingredients for making sugar pancakes in advance.

The ingredients for making sugar pancakes are simple; they are actually just sesame seeds and brown sugar.

First, roast the sesame seeds in a pan over low heat until they are cooked. Then grind the sesame seeds into sesame powder. Finally, mix the sesame powder with brown sugar.

After mixing the brown sugar and sesame filling, the next step is to knead the dough.

Upon hearing his elder brother's words, Feng Haidong smiled and said, "Brother, I just returned from out of town a couple of days ago. You and Old Liu from Haiwen Factory even brought some people to eat here."

Feng Haiming smiled and said, "Old Liu? Oh, you mean Liu Tingcheng?"

Feng Haidong said, "Yes, yes, it's Liu Tingcheng. I just couldn't remember his name."

Feng Haiwen added, "Hey, Liu Tingcheng? That section chief of his, to be honest, he's really not very capable, but when it comes to eating, he's definitely a big eater."

Upon hearing this, Feng Haiming said to his younger brother, "Haiwen, don't say things like that again."

Feng Haiwen said, "Boss, this isn't just what I said, everyone else in the factory is saying the same thing."
