Li Guifen was completely bewildered; for the first time, she felt panic about Wang Song's remarriage.

She always thought that Wang Song would at most find an old lady over fifty years old.

However, this person turned out to be a police officer in his forties from the local police station.

Li Guifen sneered, "Wang Song, she's not very good-looking, do you even find her attractive?"

Hu Juan immediately became angry, "I may be average-looking, but I'm prettier than you."

Wang Song laughed and said, "My requirements aren't high, as long as I'm better looking than you."

Nearby customers turned to look, and onlookers stopped to watch.

Three security guards came over and stood on either side of her and in front of her.

"Comrade, please refrain from making loud noises," the middle-aged security guard said in a deep voice.

"Watchdog, how dare you tell me what to do? I'm Wang Peng's mother!" After a series of provocations, Li Guifen lost her temper.

"Comrade!" The security guard gritted his teeth.

"Did I say something wrong? Let Wang Peng come out!" Li Guifen put her hands on her hips.

The security guard, his face flushed, pulled out his walkie-talkie and gritted his teeth as he called out to Wang Peng.

Soon, Wang Peng and Li Mingzhu arrived. Upon seeing Li Guifen, a look of disgust flashed in their eyes.

"What do you want to do?" he stared at Li Guifen.

"Wang Peng, what exactly do you mean?" Li Guifen pointed at Hu Juan.

"What's it to you?" Wang Peng retorted.

“Who does Wang Song think he is? He’s not worthy of Director Hu,” Li Guifen growled.

Wang Peng chuckled lightly. After a divorce, if one party is doing better than the other, the other party will be filled with resentment.

At this moment, he noticed that security guard Li Zhengwei looked unwell. "Comrade Li, what's wrong?"

"It's nothing." Li Zhengwei scratched his head, forcing a smile that looked more like a grimace.

"Dad, what happened to Uncle Li?" Wang Peng asked Wang Song.

Wang Song was taken aback. "Li Guifen called him a watchdog. That's incredibly insulting."

Wang Peng turned around abruptly and stared intently at Li Guifen.

Li Guifen retorted, "What? You dare hit me?"

"Xiao Peng, she can't say anything nice, let it go," Wang Song said hastily.

"You're the dog!" Li Guifen suddenly moved closer to Wang Song, startling him into backing away.

Wang Peng first reassured the security guard, "Old Li, I'll give you two days off, but you'll still get your salary."

Everyone was taken aback, but Li Zhengwei quickly waved his hand, "It's nothing!"

Wang Peng said, "Are you afraid I'll break my promise and give you leave without pay?"

"No." Li Zhengwei hurriedly waved his hand, his old face turning red.

“I keep my word,” Wang Peng said. “You were humiliated at work, so I should give you paid leave.”

Li Zhengwei was stunned again, suddenly feeling completely lost.

He couldn't believe that his boss gave him two days of paid leave because he felt insulted at work.

However, since the boss was Wang Peng, he couldn't trust him.

Everyone knows that Boss Wang Peng always keeps his word.

Li Mingzhu said, "Old Li, you're here to work, not to be humiliated."

She patted Lao Li on the shoulder and said, "If anything happens at the company, the company is responsible. Go back and rest."

"Boss lady." Li Zhengwei's nose tingled, and he almost shed tears.

At that moment, he felt like a human being, not a dog, much less a watchdog.

The other security guards were envious; this was paid leave, and they would rather be the ones getting yelled at.

"You dare! Wang Peng!" Li Guifen jumped up and down, her face contorted with rage.

The security captain nodded hurriedly and raised his camera to take a picture.

Wang Peng called the police, "Is this the police station? This is Xiongdi Supermarket..."

"You heartless, unfilial son!" Li Guifen turned and left.

"You can't leave!" Hu Juan took two quick steps and grabbed her arm.

She immediately resisted, and four security guards quickly subdued her. She began to struggle and curse.

Wang Peng looked at her quietly, wondering what sins he had committed to deserve such a terrible mother.

A wave of sadness washed over me.

“Xiaopeng, her case is still good. Let me tell you a few examples,” Hu Juan said.

"A woman sent her daughter to a mental hospital in order to seize her daughter's property."

"A woman set up a scheme to send her son to jail in order to get money."

"There was also an 18-year-old boy who jumped off a building because his mother scolded him for eating an extra chicken leg."

As she spoke, she patted Wang Peng on the shoulder, "Some of us are just born bad seeds."

Wang Peng was taken aback. Looking at Li Guifen, who was being controlled by security guards, he smiled slightly. This is what you call a born bad seed.

He laughed and said, "There's research on facial expressions. Bad traits are often innate; it's difficult for the environment to change a person's nature."

"Haha," Hu Juan said, "I don't know anything about these things."

"Would her actions today be considered disorderly conduct?" Wang Peng pressed.

“Yes, but not enough for a criminal sentence,” Hu Juan added. “It’s enough for detention.”

"What a pity." Wang Peng looked at Li Guifen. "Every time you cause trouble in the future, I'll send you to jail."

At this moment, Li Guifen dared not be arrogant anymore. "Wang Peng, I am your own mother."

"When you were causing trouble just now, why weren't you my own mother?" Wang Peng sneered.

That smile filled Li Guifen with dread.

She used to dare to cause trouble because she could sense Wang Peng's patience.

Now there was no patience, only indifference, and she was afraid.

Wang Peng added, "Li Guifen, just keep doing it. Sooner or later you'll be serving time in prison."
