A friend of Xu Yanfeng met an acquaintance at a hotel.
That acquaintance was none other than Xu Yanfeng's girlfriend from university, who was now a thing of the past.
The two greete...
At Yucai Kindergarten, when school was almost over, Teacher Song received a strange task.
"Pulling out hair? What's the point of that?" Teacher Song looked at the principal in confusion. "Isn't Xia Ziheng and Zhou Leyi's parent Ms. Xia Xi? Don't we need to ask her about this? They've sent their children to our kindergarten. It wouldn't be nice to hide it from her."
"Why do you have so many questions?" The headmaster's expression was serious. He tapped his desk twice with his fingers and lowered his voice, afraid to be overheard. "This is a request from a big boss. Just do it. Besides, there's no harm in plucking a few hairs."
"But……"
"Don't worry." The headmaster opened a drawer and took out a small transparent ziplock bag and gave it to her. "Put your hair in here."
Teacher Song took it hesitantly, and scenes from TV dramas he had watched before flashed through his mind, and suddenly an idea came to him.
Do you want to do a paternity test?
The children's father suspected that they were not his biological children, so he secretly did a paternity test without telling the mother?
No, children are required to fill in guardian information when they enroll in school. Both parents are required, but Xia Ziheng and Zhou Leyi’s guardian is only their mother Xia Xi, and the father’s column is blank.
Thinking of this, Teacher Song took a breath. Could it be that the child’s father came looking for him?
If something goes wrong, will Ms. Xia Xi blame the kindergarten for meddling and sue them?
Teacher Song is a woman who is meticulous, cautious and steady. When encountering such a bizarre thing, she can't help but think too much.
"Director, I still think this is not a good thing..."
The headmaster interrupted her impatiently: "How can I offend you, the big boss?"
Teacher Song was suddenly speechless.
She left the principal's office in a daze and returned to the classroom. The children were looking around in their seats, knowing that school was almost over and they were all a little restless.
Xia Ziheng and Zhou Leyi sat in the fourth row. The boy lowered his head and wrote and drew on his notebook, while the girl turned her head and talked to the children behind her.
Teacher Song sighed silently, and the headmaster's words echoed in his ears: There are two children, you can pull the hair of either one.
That’s right, they are twins, a boy and a girl, and only one of them needs to be verified.
Teacher Song pursed his lips, made up his mind, and walked towards them.
Xia Ziheng was doing arithmetic problems when a shadow fell over him. He stopped writing, raised his head, and asked politely, "Teacher Song, what can I do for you?"
Teacher Song stared at Ziheng's head. The boy had a haircut last weekend. His hair was shaved short, a neat and tidy crew cut that was not easy to pull out.
Teacher Song turned his gaze to Zhou Leyi, coughed lightly, and said, "Your sister's hair is loose, and I want to help her tie it up again."
"Oh." It had nothing to do with him. Xia Ziheng lowered his head and continued to write arithmetic problems in his notebook.
"Zhou Leyi, come here for a moment. I'll braid your hair for you. Your braids are loose."
Zhou Leyi touched the little braid on her head and found that the rubber band was loose. She stopped talking to the girl at the back of her desk, ran to the teacher, and squatted obediently in front of her.
Teacher Song sat on the chair, took off the rubber band, braided her hair, and took the opportunity to pull out a few strands of hair.
"Ah." The little girl was quite sensitive and said while covering her scalp, "Teacher Song, you pulled my hair."
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it." Teacher Song gently stroked her head, holding a few soft hairs with follicles that had just been plucked out in his other hand.
Zhou Leyi: "It's okay."
Teacher Song finished braiding her hair and patted her shoulder to remind her. Zhou Leyi stood up, shaking her head and said, "Teacher braids very quickly. My grandma is very slow."
Teacher Song smiled, walked out of the classroom, breathed a sigh of relief, put a few strands of hair into a ziplock bag, and gave it to the head teacher.
After a while, the principal walked out of the kindergarten and handed the sample to a tall and thin man in a suit.
The man got into the car with his belongings and reported to the person in the back seat, "Mr. Xu, we've got the child's hair."
Xu Yanfeng opened his eyelids and stared intently at the transparent plastic bag in his assistant's hand. He had already given up hope, but Tang Yizhou's words rekindled his hope.
If the test results were not what he expected, he...
He didn't know what would happen to him.
When Tang Yizhuo came to see him in the morning, he immediately instructed his assistant to find a way to get the child's hair and send it for DNA testing. Later, he thought about it and felt uneasy, so he waited until the afternoon and came in person after finishing his business.
"Go to the appraisal center." Xu Yanfeng said.
The driver turned around and drove the car to an authoritative genetic identification center as instructed by his boss.
Xu Yanfeng went in with his own and his child's hair samples, and his assistant Guan He followed him silently.
Guan He didn't understand. He thought that this kind of thing could be left to him and there was no need for Mr. Xu to do it himself.
Is Mr. Xu worried that something might go wrong?
If he can't even do this, he has no right to be Mr. Xu's special assistant.

When it was almost time to get off work, Lingyan received a courier. She cut it open with a utility knife and found a stack of photos inside.
Before she had time to take a closer look, a call came into her cell phone. She looked at the caller ID and saw that it was the person who helped her track Xu Yanfeng.
Ling Yan picked up the remote and pressed a button. The glass wall facing outwards of the office became invisible, so people outside could not see inside. She then answered the phone and whispered, "Why are you calling me now?"
The man on the other end said, "Did you receive the package I sent you?"
Ling Yan picked up a photo at random and glanced at it. She was stunned. The intimate posture of the two people in the photo hurt her eyes.
