Chapter 216 Humanoid Beast

Not long after, a sudden shout came from inside the courtyard, followed by a series of chaotic sounds.

A figure quickly darted over the courtyard wall, followed closely by Zhao Jiang and his teammates.

It seems the capture didn't go smoothly. Unexpectedly, Gu Wenshi's skills are quite remarkable, managing to escape from the encirclement of Zhao Jiang and several agile team members.

Although things took an unexpected turn, Ning Zhiheng was not worried at all. The small mountain village was already surrounded by his men, and Gu Wenshi would not be able to escape even if he had wings.

He stared coldly at the figure, let out a cold snort, and suddenly pushed off with his feet, shooting towards the figure as if he had stepped on a spring.

His strides were enormous; in just a few leaps, he rushed from the side to Gu Wenshi's right side, twisting his waist slightly, and his right leg swept out with a powerful gust of wind.

Gu Wenshi had just managed to escape from the encirclement of several action team members and was running and fleeing desperately when a figure rushed up in front of him in the blink of an eye.

He raised his knee to block Ning Zhiheng's attack, but as soon as it made contact, he felt a strong force coming from it, like a thick iron rod hitting his knee.

"Ah!" Gu Wenshi couldn't help but cry out in pain. The huge impact knocked him back two steps, and his knees were so painful that he could barely feel them!

Gu Wenshi's heart pounded wildly. The person who attacked him was extremely powerful. With his skills honed over many years, he was almost knocked to the ground in a single exchange.

He rolled over, his right hand quickly reaching for his waist with impeccable tactical movements. By the time he adjusted his body and was upright, he had already drawn his sidearm and was holding it in his hand.

He was suddenly attacked inside the house. Several skilled fighters acted at the same time, and he had no time to grab his gun. He barely managed to parry and endure two heavy blows before climbing over the wall to escape.

Now that there's only one opponent, I can finally free my hands to grab a gun and fight back.

Unfortunately, just as this thought crossed his mind, Ning Zhiheng, who had already taken two steps closer to him, swiftly kicked out again!

The kick landed heavily on Gu Wenshi's right armpit. With a muffled thud, Gu Wenshi felt as if he had been struck by a heavy hammer. His entire right arm was thrown upwards and he immediately lost consciousness. The pistol he had just been holding flew far away with a thud.

Gu Wenshi was completely stunned. His opponent's movements were concise and swift, and the force of his strikes was extremely powerful, which was simply unbelievable.

With his fighting skills, which he had been proud of for many years, he was completely powerless against this opponent.

He felt a numbness in his right shoulder, and based on his experience, he knew that the bones in his right arm had probably been broken by his opponent's kick.

He made a quick decision, not daring to entangle with his opponent any longer, and retreated, trying to escape using the familiar terrain.

However, Ning Zhiheng was faster. He stepped forward and punched Gu Wenshi in the abdomen.

Gu Wenshi had no choice but to block with his left hand, but as the saying goes, one force can overcome ten techniques. In the face of absolute power, everything is in vain. The force of his block was no match for Ning Zhiheng's attack. Gu Wenshi was punched in the abdomen, his whole body was bent up and punched into the shape of a shrimp. He spat out a mouthful of blood and completely lost the ability to resist.

Ning Zhiheng was still worried that his opponent might have other tricks up his sleeve. He learned from his past mistakes and knew he could not let his guard down until he had completely defeated his adversary.

Just before Gu Wenshi fell to the ground, Ning Zhiheng stepped forward with his right leg and leaned heavily against Gu Wenshi's side, slamming into Gu Wenshi's left side like a battering ram.

Gu Wenshi, who had already lost the ability to resist, was sent flying backward by the blow, crashing heavily into the earthen wall behind him. He couldn't even scream anymore, and his whole body slid down the wall to the ground like a thin piece of paper.

He felt as if all the bones in his body had been shattered by the blow, and he lay on the ground like a lump of mud, his breathing almost stopping, and he lost consciousness almost instantly.

Ning Zhiheng's attack was simple and swift; within a few breaths, Gu Wenshi was left in a state of life or death. By the time Zhao Jiang and the others arrived, the battle was already over.

At this moment, Ning Zhiheng finally saw Gu Wenshi's face clearly. After observing him carefully, he confirmed that Gu Wenshi's face matched the photo provided in the information. Only then did he confirm his target.

The arrest operation ended there. Before Gu Wenshi could escape the courtyard wall, Zhao Jiang and his team members didn't even have time to make a move. They saw their team leader move with lightning speed, and in just two quick exchanges, their target, Gu Wenshi, was already lying on the ground, unable to get up.

Everyone was secretly astonished. When they practiced with their team leader on the training ground, it was no longer a one-on-one sparring session. Each time, it took at least four skilled people to dare to fight the team leader.

Even so, the group dared not hold back, and their heavy punches and kicks struck the group leader as if hitting a thick cowhide, making his hands and feet numb, but with no killing power whatsoever.

Conversely, with just one strike from the team leader, a strong and skilled fighter could almost instantly lose all resistance, leaving bruises that would ache for days. Eventually, no one wanted to spar with this inhuman guy anymore! Even Sun Jiacheng kept his distance from Ning Zhiheng, this humanoid beast!

Ning Zhiheng had been itching to fight back for some time, and in the end, he got carried away with Gu Wenshi and lost all restraint, striking him repeatedly without holding back. He wondered if he had actually beaten Gu Wenshi to death.

Zhao Jiang was shocked to see Gu Wenshi's miserable state. He quickly went over to check his heartbeat, examined his eyes, and then turned to Ning Zhiheng, saying, "Team leader, he's alive!"

Hearing this, Ning Zhiheng finally breathed a sigh of relief. At this moment, the scene became a little awkward. Everyone had made a scene in Nanjing, crowding around the city, all for the sake of Gu Wenshi in front of them!
