It was very late at night.

Xia Ningxi seemed too tired and drifted off to sleep.

The little guy was banging on the door.

"What are you yelling about?" Huo Nanxiao asked impatiently, having been woken up by Xia Ningxi.

"We slept together last night, have you forgotten?" Huo Nanxiao asked back.

Xingxing went into the room and saw Xia Ningxi coming out of the dressing room. The little guy looked her over carefully and was relieved that his mommy wasn't missing any limbs. Xingxing had been quite worried that his daddy might hurt his mommy.

"Mommy, what are those red marks on your neck?" Xingxing asked, pointing to the hickeys on Xia Ningxi's neck.

Xia Ningxi asked, "What's red?"

"Mommy has some red marks on her neck, what are they?" Xingxing asked again.

Huo Nanxiao walked over, picked up the puzzled little girl, and said, "She's having an allergic reaction. It's okay, it'll go away in a few days."
