Chapter 99 Sha Zhu's Approval Slip 2

Sha Zhu searched around, but not a single leader was willing to sign or approve a document for him.

Back in the cafeteria, feeling frustrated, he took it out on the staff. Before leaving, he had confidently declared what he was going to do, but upon returning, he had accomplished nothing, leaving him utterly humiliated.

The kitchen helpers were a bit better off, since they weren't family and no one indulged Sha Zhu. Besides, those women all had very sharp tongues, and if they really got angry, they could verbally abuse Sha Zhu to the point of depression. But Sha Zhu's two apprentices, Fatty and Ma Hua, weren't so lucky. They were bossed around by Sha Zhu, but they still got verbally abused quite a bit and were kicked every now and then.

"Master, how about I find someone to beat up Xu Damao?" The fat man, who had been dealt with too badly by Sha Zhu, was still a bit quick-witted and knew to find the cause of Sha Zhu's problem, which was Xu Damao.

“Do I need you to find someone to beat up Xu Damao? I’ll teach that bastard a lesson sooner or later. But will I be able to find a car after beating him up?” Sha Zhu said, kicking the fat man as he spoke.

The fat man hadn't expected that his method still wouldn't quell Sha Zhu's anger, so he had to find another way. To avoid getting beaten up, the fat man's brain worked like crazy, and surprisingly, he actually came up with another idea.

"Master, we just need to find another leader to sign it," the fat man said quietly, pulling Sha Zhu aside.

"Are you stupid? If I could just sign, I wouldn't be doing this." Sha Zhu patted the fat man's head again.

"Master, I mean, if it doesn't work, just sign a leader's name yourself, just make it look convincing. Anyway, Xu Damao won't go to the leader to verify it." The fat man's small eyes darted around.

"Damn, Fatty, are you out of your mind?" Sha Zhu understood Fatty's thoughts, but also knew the risks involved. It was good that no one found out; if they did, he'd at least be in the security department's dark room.

"I was just saying that," the fat man said, sounding a little aggrieved.

Just as Fatty had dismissed the idea, Sha Zhu was already considering the feasibility of Fatty's method. He couldn't help it; he had shamelessly promised Sister Qin that morning that if he couldn't get a car back, he'd be incredibly embarrassed.

"Fatty, can you forge the boss's signature?" Sha Zhu asked quietly.

"I don't know how. But I think Ma Hua does, he writes well." Regardless of whether he knew how or not, the fat man wouldn't do something foolish this time, but instead brought Ma Hua in.

"Ma Hua, come here for a second," Sha Zhu called out to Ma Hua.

After Ma Hua arrived, Sha Zhu quietly explained the situation and then asked Ma Hua if he knew how to forge a leader's signature.

Ma Hua was a bit foolish, but not stupid. This kind of thing would have been a capital offense in ancient times, and now it would at least get him detained in a dark room. He dared not say anything, so he just remained silent.

Perhaps knowing MCA's concerns, Sha Zhu patted MCA on the shoulder.

“Ma Hua, if you don’t know how, that’s fine, I won’t force you. Hey, I was thinking of teaching you how to cook big pot dishes sometime in the future,” Sha Zhu said.

"No, Master, wait a minute. Um, how about I give it a try?" Ma Hua finally gave in.

Ma Hua and Fatty have been working in the canteen for two years. They nominally call Sha Zhu "Master," but Sha Zhu only acknowledges them when he's happy and ignores them when he's not. As for cooking skills, he hasn't taught them anything useful. They usually just do menial tasks like washing vegetables and chopping.

Now that Sha Zhu has clearly stated that he will teach him how to stir-fry a large pot of vegetables, how could he not be tempted? You know, in general, a canteen cook is considered qualified if he can stir-fry a large pot of vegetables.

“But Master, I haven’t seen what Secretary Yang’s signature looks like either, so how can I imitate it?” Ma Hua said.

"That's easy. There was a study document on the bulletin board last time. I remember it was signed by Secretary Yang. You can go take a look." The fat man who had been sitting on the sidelines and had no family background was giving bad advice again.

“Yes, Ma Hua, hurry up, I need to go to the transportation department later,” Sha Zhu urged.

And so, these three mediocre individuals accomplished what Zhuge Liang did, imitating the signature of a high-ranking leader. Unfortunately, they had no idea that nowadays, leaders' signatures on documents and approval slips are often very informal.

Sha Zhu took the forged approval slip from Ma Hua to the transportation department, and Xu Damao immediately saw the problem. After sending Sha Zhu away, Xu Damao pondered how to resolve the issue.

A moment later, Xu Damao called Sun Lan from the dispatch room over.

"Sister Sun, this is the approval slip from the clerk. I think it's a small matter and not worth the leader writing an approval slip for. It would be bad if it were maliciously spread by others."

"So, return the note to Secretary Yang's secretary and say we don't need the note, but we'll get the job done for him," Xu Damao instructed.

Sun Lan had recently received many official approval slips from her superiors, so she immediately noticed the problem with this slip. Seeing that Xu Damao said nothing, she followed instructions and went to find Secretary Yang's secretary.

"Section Chief Yin, here's the approval slip for you." Sun Lan handed the approval slip to Yang Shuji's secretary, Yin Hongguang, and then repeated what Xu Damao had said.

Yin Hongguang was previously a staff member in the First Secretariat Section, and now he also serves as the deputy head of the First Secretariat Section, but he usually only serves Secretary Yang. He curiously looked at the so-called approval slip and immediately understood what the other party meant.

Yin Hongguang inquired about the details of the incident and, based on his observation of Sha Zhu's arrival that morning, understood the whole story.

"Director Yin, now that this note has been delivered, I'll head back now," Sun Lan said.

"Thank you, Director Sun, for making the special trip. You can go back now, and I'll contact you if anything comes up," Yin Hongguang replied.

When faced with this situation, he wouldn't answer directly on behalf of Secretary Yang; he could only report it first.

Once inside Yang Zhenhua's room, Yin Hongguang explained the situation and showed the note to Yang, then waited for Yang to speak.

"That idiot Zhu is really outrageous. Today he dares to forge his signature to send a car, tomorrow he'll dare to forge my signature to raise his salary, and who knows what outrageous things he'll do the day after tomorrow."

Go find Section Chief Tong in the security department, explain the situation to him, and let them handle it. Lock Sha Zhu up for a few days first.

Yang Zhenhua was genuinely angry. Normally, he wouldn't offer any disciplinary suggestions to a semi-independent department like the security department, but now he was unusually demanding that Guan Shazhu be dealt with.

When Tong Shuai from the security department heard Yin Hongguang's words, he almost burst out laughing. This idiot Zhu is really something else; he actually dared to forge a leader's name just to borrow a car from his neighbor.

This silly Zhu just went home; this time he really is going to the courtyard to deliver the car.

"Brothers, let's go, we're going to deliver a car to someone." The security guard rode his own vehicle and another vehicle he applied for from the transportation department, a total of two sidecar motorcycles, directly to the Hongxing Courtyard.

As soon as the car arrived outside the courtyard, before the security guards had even come to a complete stop, they heard someone inside say, "The car is here. Sha Zhu was right, there really is a car, two cars, and several drivers."
