Furthermore, even without choosing to enter the Origin Land, after cultivating the Dao principles of the outside world to their extreme, a Perfect True Immortal is roughly equivalent to a fully-fledged Universe Lord, falling below a fully-fledged Universe Lord and above all other incomplete Universe Lords and ordinary True Immortals.

[In universes with various parameters, as long as the Dao principles within their bodies encompass all the Dao principles of that universe, they can become the universe lord of that universe, and their control over the universe will be even higher than that of a fragmented universe lord.]

However, their strength is much weaker in the Boundless Void Sea compared to the universe, only equivalent to a Resonance True Immortal, because they are "incomplete" in the Boundless Void Sea.
