Tang Chuxuan smiled and said,

"I came here to see if you'd been tricked by some man for not going back to school tonight?"

Upon hearing this, Wu Youyou's anger flared instantly.

"Instructor Tang, if you're really free, you have plenty of things to do. There's no need for you to waste your time on me. Besides, whether I go home tonight or not is none of your business!"

Seeing how angry she was, Tang Chuxuan felt a little embarrassed and straightened his posture before speaking properly.

“I saw what happened to your family online, so I sent someone to investigate your family situation. I also know that you won’t miss tomorrow’s military training, so you will definitely rush back to Kyoto tonight. Tang Chuxuan had never spoken to Wu Youyou so calmly before, which made Wu Youyou even more suspicious, so she pressed him for an answer.

Wu Youyou was still in a daze. This person was really inexplicable and made her feel uneasy.

The aura he exuded was different from Shi Zhan's, giving people a feeling of being used and manipulated.

After Shi Zhan finished applying the medicine a second time, he heard that Tang Chuxuan had come and went directly to find Wu Youyou.

Shi Zhan nodded and returned to his residence. After lying on the bed, he kept thinking about what Tang Chuxuan had done in Youyou's room and what he had said to her.
