In late spring, a warm breeze accompanied by a light drizzle made the weather quite pleasant.

The students of Class 1, Grade 8, leaned against the windowsill in front of the classroom, pointing and whispering at the junior high students walking by below the teaching building.

It's already April 2019, and the annual junior high school entrance examination is less than two months away. Unlike the college entrance examination, which has explicit regulations, the junior high school entrance examination is considered an "illegal" examination, and its procedures vary greatly depending on the prefecture-level city.

In some prefecture-level cities, the total score for the high school entrance examination can reach 800 or 900 points, while in others it is only 600 points, such as Chaojin City where Chen Bing is located.

The scores for the Asahi City Junior High School Entrance Examination are distributed as follows: Chinese 100, Mathematics 100, English 100, Physics 60, Chemistry 50, Moral Education and Law 60, History 50, Experiment Operation 10, Information Technology 20, Physical Education 60, for a total of 610 points.

In addition, geography and biology are not included in the high school entrance examination. Instead, they are completed early in the second semester of the second year of junior high school and presented in the student's file as four grades: a, b, c, and d. I don't know what their purpose is.

With so many subjects, it's impossible to finish all the exams in just a few days. Therefore, aside from the seven core subjects of Chinese, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Politics, and History, other miscellaneous exams will be taken two months before the high school entrance exam.

And this score of 90 is the goal that the ninth graders are aiming for today.

Judging from the smiles on their faces, they must have done quite well on the exam.

From a distance, Ma Shaolong spotted a boy he often played basketball with and was fairly familiar with. So he called out the boy's name from afar and asked, "Hey, Wei-ge! How did the exam go?"
