This year, Bai Xiaoruo and Xuan Mingyu went to the United States to celebrate the Spring Festival.

A few days ago, Hsien Cheng-sen and Lin Su-ching took a plane to continue their world tour. They spend half of each year flying around the world as a way to show their affection. They want to visit all the places they couldn't go when they were young.

This year, only the two of them went to celebrate the New Year. Aunt Qin, Uncle Bi, Uncle Chen, and Xia Xia from the new courtyard all gave them time off to go home for the New Year. So, Xuan Mingyu took Bai Xiaoruo to the United States, where it would be more lively with more people.

This is the second time that Xian Mingyu has taken Bai Xiaoruo to the United States.

Ever since they called to tell them that Bai Xiaoruo was pregnant half a month ago, everyone has been urging Xian Mingyu to bring Bai Xiaoruo over, worried that he is too busy with work to take good care of her. They want Bai Xiaoruo to stay there for a while longer until the pregnancy is stable before going back.

Bai Xiaoruo's vomiting has improved in the past two days and is not as frequent as before, but her appetite is still inconsistent. Sometimes she can eat a lot and feel hungry even after eating four or five meals a day. Other times she vomits everything she eats and can't eat much at all throughout the day.

Bai Xiaoruo fell asleep shortly after boarding the plane and didn't wake up until she got off. It seems that she usually sleeps most of the time when she flies.

Last night, she kept thinking about what clothes to bring and packed until very late. In order to let Bai Xiaoruo sleep a little longer, Xuan Mingyu did not wake her up immediately.

I unbuckled her seatbelt, took a small blanket from my bag and covered her with it, then carried her off the plane.

Two bodyguards carried their luggage as they walked out of the airport, where the Xuan family's car had been waiting for some time.

Despite the bumps and bruises along the way, Bai Xiaoruo in Xuanmingyu's arms was still sleeping soundly, showing no signs of waking up.

Xuan Mingyu looked puzzled. His room was perfectly fine, so why did he suddenly want to renovate it?

"Go ahead, go ahead, see if you like it." Fang Peiru urged Xian Mingyu.

When Xian Mingyu first brought this little girl over, Fang Peiru scolded her for being impolite and disrespectful to her elders. However, after spending a few days with her, Fang Peiru completely changed her opinion of Bai Xiaoru and longed for them to come and stay again.

Bai Xiaoru is now pregnant, and Fang Peiru is overjoyed at the thought of having another little baby in the family in a few months.

Xuan Mingyu carried Bai Xiaoruo upstairs, and when he opened the door to his room, he was instantly stunned.

He stepped out of the room, then looked around. The second room on the left—yes, it was his room—but... what was inside...?

The original all-black decor was completely changed.

The sheets, blankets, pillows, and curtains were all changed to beige, and the wall paintings were all cartoon-themed, featuring various anime characters that Bai Xiaoruo liked. Because he had watched cartoons with her before, Xian Mingyu knew that these were all cartoons that Bai Xiaoruo liked.

Not only that, the room now has a crib, a rocking horse, and lots of children's toys. The dark-colored sofa and coffee table have all been replaced with light-colored ones, and the floor has been covered with soft puzzle blocks, replacing the previous walnut wood flooring.

Her baby isn't even born yet, isn't the room being renovated way too hastily?

Xuan Mingyu was a little uncomfortable with the bright colors. He preferred darker tones. How could he sleep at night with such bright colors?

"Hmm~"

Bai Xiaoru stretched in his arms, but before Xuan Mingyu could put her on the bed, she suddenly opened her eyes and woke up.

"Huh? Did I fall asleep again?" She yawned, feeling confused about everything around her.

"Are you still sleepy? If you are, sleep a little longer." Xuan Mingyu helped Bai Xiaoru sit down on the bed.

My arms were a little sore from carrying her all the way, but I didn't feel it at all when I was holding her.
