Starting with a Broken Three-Wheeler, Traveling Through Worlds to Sell Lunch Boxes

Li Huan travels through the myriad worlds, setting up a stall to sell lunch boxes.

Liu Bei: If I don't eat a lunch box for a day, I can't rest easy.

Sun Shangxiang: In this life...

Chapter 47 ignited her love.

The next morning, Li Huan was still half asleep.

Suddenly someone called out, "Brother Li Huan! Wake up! Wake up quickly..."

Li Huan opened his eyes and saw Pan Jinlian standing in front of the bed, looking at him with a smile.

"Time to get up, Brother Li Huan."

Li Huan looked out the window and saw that it was just getting light. He quickly asked, "Why are you up so early?"

Pan Jinlian said, "Today, I need to prepare a lot of meat and vegetables to sell boxed lunches at my stall, and I also have to be busy cooking. If I don't get up early, how can I finish it?"

Li Huan laughed: "You don't need to worry about this, sister-in-law. You and Wu Da just need to help me set up the stall, call out the sales, serve the vegetables, and collect the money."

Pan Jinlian asked in surprise, "Could it be that you're selling the leftover boxed lunches from yesterday?"

Li Huan's expression turned serious: "I only sell fresh boxed meals! Sister-in-law, could you please add some charcoal to the pot so I can take a nap?"

Pan Jinlian smiled charmingly, quickly added charcoal to the fire, and thoughtfully covered Li Huan with a quilt.

Li Huan didn't get up until the sun was high in the sky.

He dressed and went out of the room, where he saw Pan Jinlian and Wu Dalang sitting at the table, looking dazed.

Li Huan instructed, "Wu Da, go to the busiest part of the street and rent a spacious stall to avoid being chased away by the urban management officers."

"Urban management officers?" Wu Dalang asked, puzzled.

Li Huan changed his tune, saying, "So as not to be driven away by the officials in charge of managing the streets."

Wu Dalang understood and ran out of the room.

Pan Jinlian, with her quick wit, brought Li Huan a steaming basin of water and handed him a brand-new towel.

After washing up, Li Huan took out her phone and tidied her hair and clothes in front of the camera.

Pan Jinlian hurried closer to examine it closely and was astonished: "There is such a clear mirror!"

Upon smelling the faint fragrance, Li Huan's heart fluttered, and he instinctively glanced at Pan Jinlian's collar.

This Xiao Pan is not only beautiful, but also has an excellent figure.

Sun Shangxiang is a spicy girl, while Pan Jinlian is a mature and sophisticated woman; their styles are completely different.

"Brother Li Huan, there's meat broth and steamed buns in the pot. If you don't mind, have a few bites to warm yourself up."

Pan Jinlian's voice was gentle, and her eyes were like blooming peach blossoms.

Li Huan sat down at the table without any hesitation.

Pan Jinlian, swaying her slender waist, brought over meat soup and steamed buns, along with two small dishes of pickled vegetables.

Li Huan took a sip of the meat soup and found it delicious. He then took a bite of the steamed bun and praised it repeatedly.

"My sister-in-law's steamed buns are so fragrant and delicious, no wonder they're so popular!"

Pan Jinlian said a few words of modesty, then asked, "Brother, do you have a family?"

Li Huan answered truthfully: "I have a virtuous wife, who is eighteen years old and stays at home."

Pan Jinlian looked slightly disappointed, then raised her eyebrows slightly.

"My brother is all alone, venturing out into the world. He must miss his beloved wife and be unable to sleep at night."

Li Huan sensed an ambiguous meaning in Pan Jinlian's tone.

He knew that it was truly unfair for Pan Jinlian, with her beauty, to marry the short and ugly Wu Dalang.

Therefore, upon seeing Wu Song, Pan Jinlian could not control herself and took the initiative to throw herself into his arms.

As a result, Wu Song sternly refused, which led to Ximen Qing easily seducing Pan Jinlian.

Now, Li Huan has entered Pan Jinlian's life, rekindling her passion!

That bamboo pole wasn't smashed for nothing.

What would have happened to Pan Jinlian if Ximen Qing hadn't managed to seduce her?

If Wu Dalang hadn't been poisoned by Pan Jinlian, what would have become of Wu Song?

Just as Li Huan was speculating, Wu Dalang excitedly ran home.

"Brother Li Huan, the stall has been rented, and the location is superb!"

"How much silver?" Li Huan asked. "I'll give it to you."

Wu Dalang waved his hand: "A mere tael of silver is nothing to worry about."

Wu Dalang received a gold ingot last night and became Li Huan's partner. How could he let Li Huan pay the stall fee again?

Li Huan finished the meat soup in his bowl, stood up and said, "Let's go! Let's set up a stall to sell boxed lunches!"

Pan Jinlian reminded, "The various dishes in the boxed meals have not yet been cooked."

Li Huan lied, "Actually, I prepared the food in the early morning and put it in a food container to keep it warm."

Before Pan Jinlian could ask any more questions, Li Huan quickly arrived at the courtyard, got on his electric tricycle, drove out of the courtyard, and circled around to the steps of the front gate.

Wu Dalang and Pan Jinlian stood at the door, looking confused.

"Wu Da, lead the way!" Li Huan instructed. "Sister-in-law, sit next to me!"

Wu Dalang quickly slung his money pouch over his shoulder and ran towards the street ahead.

Pan Jinlian boarded the electric tricycle, looking around curiously, gazing at the LCD screen on the dashboard.

Li Huan turned on the ignition and drove slowly, following Wu Dalang.

Pan Jinlian exclaimed with delight, "This carriage is excellent; it doesn't require horses and is not bumpy at all."

Li Huan wondered what upgrade reward the electric tricycle would receive after completing the first task.

Soon, we arrived at our rented stall.

This is indeed the most prosperous and bustling area in the county town.

The streets were bustling with people and vehicles, and various vendors' cries rose and fell.

Wu Dalang said, "Today happens to be the temple fair. If I set up a stall to sell steamed buns, I can sell 70-80% more than usual."

Pan Jinlian scolded, "You idiot! You're helping Brother Li Huan sell boxed lunches, and you're still thinking about steamed buns!"

Wu Dalang chuckled and took a simple dining table and stools from the carriage, placing them on his stall.

Although they weren't hawking their wares, a crowd had already gathered around them.

The bright red electric tricycle attracted a lot of attention because it was very eye-catching.

Li Huan got out of the car, took out a serving spoon, a lunchbox, and disposable chopsticks, and gave Pan Jinlian and Wu Dalang a few instructions, explaining the precautions for selling boxed lunches.

Immediately afterwards, Li Huan took out the signboard and hung it in front of the car.

"Affordable boxed meals cost one tael of silver each; premium boxed meals cost thirty taels of silver each!"
