Li Xiyue rolled her eyes to the sky. "Who's whose system is between us? As the most powerful system from the Milky Way down to parallel universes, shouldn't you have a powerful system to throw that family of three out of here and then deliberately let a big truck run them over and kill them?!"

The system displayed a string of "..." in the space.

Was this intentional or accidental?

It said, "Um... I'm a get-rich-quick system, not a killer system..."

Ahem! My major is a tiny bit related, but it's not quite right for me..."

Other hosts have systems that demand money, but this host demands his life!

This is terrible!!

Li Xiyue said, "At least you have the ability to throw them out, right?!"

The system said, "Well... you don't have this ability at your current level. You'll get the critical hit system when you level up!"

Then I can use my invisible fist and kick to beat them to a pulp!

Li Xiyue's lips twitched slightly as she said, "Chinese to Chinese, it just means there's nothing there!"

The system's round face on the large screen looked as frustrated as a steamed bun. This host is not easy to handle!

After Mu Jiuhong finished speaking with Li Wenbo, she walked straight towards Cheng Xiaohui, intending to grab Cheng Xiaohui by the hair, slap her, and ask her if she had any shame!

Li Xiyue bent down, picked up a small pebble, and flicked it with two fingers, sending the pebble hitting Mu Jiuhong hard in the back of her knee.

Mu Jiuhong's thigh was hit, and her knees buckled, causing her to kneel on the ground with a thud.

Li Wenbo hurried over, helped Mu Jiuhong up, and asked with concern, "How could you be so careless while walking? You even fell while walking on flat ground!"

Mu Jiuhong pressed her hand against the back of her knee; her knee still ached, as if she had been hit by something!

But when she looked around, she couldn't find the object that hit her, nor could she find the person who hit her!

She asked in confusion, "It looks like someone hit me, did you see it?"

Li Wenbo said, "Who hit you? I didn't see it. We divorced a long time ago, and we've had nothing to do with each other for ages. Let's go get breakfast somewhere else!"

Mu Jiuhong's eyes instantly turned sharp. "Why should we eat somewhere else? We agreed to bring our daughter to the park, and this is the closest breakfast place to the park."

"We're not the ones doing the shady stuff, are we? Why should we leave while she stays?!"

Li Wenbo's expression darkened. "Do you think you'll look good if things really escalate? If you want to stay, you stay. I'm taking Xiaoyan to the steamed bun shop for meat buns!"

Originally, Li Yan wanted to side with her mother, but upon hearing the words "meat buns," she immediately changed her mind. "Dad! The bun shop is just ahead, let's go eat! I haven't had meat buns in so long, they're so juicy and flavorful, just thinking about them makes my mouth water!"

Li Wenbo took Li Yan's hand and walked outside.

Mu Jiuhong cursed angrily, glared at Cheng Xiaohui's back, and followed Li Wenbo's footsteps defiantly.

She walked with a limp, her back of her knees still hurt, and it was both painful and numb, as if she had hit a nerve block.

What on earth is going on?!

She just couldn't understand it!

The system patted the mechanical arm in the space, "That was a great move...! How do you know how to use hidden weapons? Baozi, do you have some other accounts?"

Li Xiyue said, "What do you mean by 'small account'? How about some pinball? I've never lost a pinball match against kids from ten villages and eight shops. I only survived by winning steamed buns and pickled vegetables. I never thought my special skill would one day be used to crush scum!"

As Li Yan walked out of the breakfast shop, she turned back and spat fiercely in Cheng Xiaohui's direction, cursing, "Trash! Disgusting! Shameless!"

Mu Jiuhong shielded her daughter's eyes with her hand, "Don't look at her! You'll get a sty if you do!"

Li Yan and Mu Jiuhong walked past Li Xiyue, speaking without any restraint.

Li Xiyue narrowed her almond-shaped eyes dangerously, glancing at the backs of Mu Jiuhong and Li Yan, before flicking two pebbles one after the other.

She has strong finger strength, and her pebbles are both powerful and accurate.

Mu Jiuhong and Li Yan both knelt down on the street with a thud.

Li Wenbo was startled. He helped Mu Jiuhong and Li Yan up and asked, "What happened to you two?"

Li Yan burst into tears, "Dad, something hit the back of my leg! It hurts so much!"

Li Wenbo subconsciously looked around. There was a bustling crowd around him, and no one was hitting Li Yan and Mu Jiuhong.

His gaze finally met a pair of sharp eyes, eyes as cold and sharp as icy daggers.

He stared at her for a few seconds, quite certain he didn't recognize her, but why did she look so familiar...?

Li Yan grabbed Li Wenbo's hand and cried out, "Dad, my legs hurt!"

Li Wenbo's thoughts were pulled back by Li Yan's voice. He squatted down and said, "Dad will carry you home. I'll ride my bike to buy you some meat buns later."

Li Yan lay on Li Wenbo's back, crying pitifully.

We had agreed to go to the park today. I heard the monkeys there are really fun; they even peel peanuts! So she brought a whole handful of peanuts with her!

Mu Jiuhong limped alongside her husband, muttering to herself, "We've really been cursed today! That woman must be incompatible with you! Otherwise, why would our whole family have bad luck whenever we run into her!"

Li Xiyue listened to every word of Li Wenbo's family's conversation with her super-hearing ears. A cold smile appeared on her lips. She did some calculations and realized that she was the one whose birth chart was incompatible with Li Wenbo's family!
