"No, Sister Meixin, I want to eat something." Little Youzi looked up at Chen Meixin pitifully.

Meeting Xiaoyouzi's already moist eyes, Chen Meixin was immediately struck by a blow: "Okay, okay, what do you want to eat? I'll have someone make it for you."

"I want to eat tiramisu!" Little Yuzu blinked at Chen Meixin: "Can I, Sister Chen?"

Those people were still arranging the flowers on the seats below; few people were paying attention to the stage.

After squatting for a few minutes, Jun Xie appeared and stood next to Xiao Youzi: "Xiao Youzi, what did you find?"

"Master, please squat down. I smell a very foul and strange odor, somewhat like a Gu worm, but I'm not sure." Little Yuzu frowned.

It seems I'll have to learn more about Gu worms in the future.

Jun Xie's expression changed slightly: "Gu worms?"

“Yes, today I…” Xiaoyouzi explained about the threatening phone call she received, “Someone wants to take Brother Qin’s life.”

But no one understood what Senior Brother Qin had done to offend them.

Little Yuzu pointed to the ring box and said, "This is it!"

One features a protruding diamond, while the other is set in a ring.

Jun Xie's cold eyes spotted the scourge at a glance.

Little Yuzu pointed to one of the rings and said, "The item should be inside this ring. It's surrounded by black energy, which doesn't look good."

“This ring is unusable.” Jun Xie glanced at the ring’s small mechanism.

Wearing this ring will poke a small hole in it, but you won't feel much pain.

But when the Gu worms smell blood, they will eagerly scurry inside.

It might even release a paralyzing poison, tear open the wound, and then go inside.

It's so subtle that no one can tell.

This seems to be the nature of this type of Gu worm.

Little Yuzu frowned: "What do we do now? This ring is custom-made; we can't just alter it."

It's too late to change it, it's already so late.

Junxie didn't immediately agree, but instead decided to test Xiaoyouzi: "Xiaoyouzi, what do you think we should do now?"

"Hmm." Jun Xie nodded, signaling Xiao Youzi to continue.

Little Yuzu pursed her lips and said, "I remember that Gu worms are always kept in small ceramic jars. Let's go get a small ceramic jar to put it in, but this ring will break."

“Okay.” Jun Xie nodded.

After making the contact, she asked Jun Xie curiously, "Master Jiu, why doesn't this Gu worm die inside the ring?"

"There's blood in here, enough for the Gu worms to survive and enter Qin Zhen's body," Jun Xie explained.

Little Yuzu suddenly realized: "Oh, that's the reason!"

Nodding slightly, Jun Xie said, "It's been a long time since I've seen such a vicious person. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Miao region."

It is well known that the Miao region is inextricably linked to Gu worms.

"It's not clear yet. I need to talk to Senior Brother Qin about this and maybe we can just exchange the rings for a different pair." Xiao Youzi believed that Senior Brother Qin wouldn't blame her.

Xiaoyouzi took out her phone and dialed Qin Zhen's number.

Qin Zhen answered quickly: "Little Youzi, what's wrong? Do you need my help?"

"No, Master Jiu has something to tell you." With that, Xiao Youzi handed her phone to Jun Xie.

Jun Xie held up her phone and said coldly, "Someone wants to harm you and has put a curse on you. We're going to replace your rings with a new pair."

"Has Xiaoyun also been dismissed?" Qin Zhen asked anxiously.

Junxie: "No, only you."

"That's good." Qin Zhen breathed a sigh of relief.

After pausing for a moment, Qin Zhen said, "Thank you for your help. How much are the new rings? Is there enough time? If not, just buy a pair. I'll talk to Xiaoyun about it."

After all, it concerned the lives of two people.

A ring is nothing compared to life.

Xiaoyouzi took back her phone: "We've arranged everything, you can go ahead with your work. I just wanted to let you know."

"good."

Assistant Cheng arrived shortly after.

She stepped into the banquet hall carrying two bags and immediately spotted Xiaoyouzi sitting by the stage, holding a ring box, with a large bouquet of flowers beside her, and her two little legs swinging back and forth.

Little Yuzi, dressed in a flower girl dress, looked especially adorable; her fair and delicate face looked flawless under the light.

Assistant Cheng was immediately drawn to it.
