Summary: I was reborn, carrying the strongest swordsman account from the game "God Venerate," but the scenario of easily dominating another world did not happen. After all, what does the ga...
The only problem is that this guy is too small. Although he has the majesty of a superior when he sits upright in his chair, his short legs that can't even reach the floor are really comical. Just as the intelligence reports, this little guy who is less than 1.6 meters tall is Prince William, Phillis's fiancé, who is currently only ten years old.
Although Phillis is only eighteen years old, in the prime of his youth, the huge age difference between the two makes Phillis seem like an old cow eating young grass.
When the two got engaged, Fairlis was just an unloved princess, and William was a young prince with little chance of winning the throne. They were actually political sacrifices to maintain the friendship between the two countries.
No one could have imagined that Philliss would be able to inherit the throne and that he would come to marry William so far ahead of schedule.
In fact, if Phillis wanted to, breaking off the engagement would be a simple matter of a word. William is only able to maintain the status of Phillis's fiancé because she still needs to utilize the power of the Versailles Empire.
"Oh, it's Prince William. What brings you here?" Wu Yu didn't bother with formalities and asked directly in an interrogative tone.
After all, according to the setting, Wu Yu, as an eighth-tier epic, has no need to give face to a prince who is not valued.
"Can't I come to see my fiancée beforehand?" William, despite his young age, didn't have any ulterior motives. When someone asked him a question, he naturally answered truthfully.
"Of course, no problem. After all, it's your right," Wu Yu said with a smile, looking just like a wicked uncle who was kidnapping children.
Then Wu Yu gave Dan, who was standing next to him, a wink. Dan then said as Wu Yu had instructed him, "Everyone, Lord Wu Yu has something to say to Prince William alone. Please leave with me for now."
As soon as he finished speaking, the aura of a seventh-level Dan Legendary directly enveloped the two guards William had brought, causing them to tremble uncontrollably.
After all, he was just a prince who had not been valued before, and the place he came to was not a dangerous place. A strong force like a seventh-tier epic would definitely not be sent to be his bodyguard. It was only thanks to Phillis becoming emperor that William's status also rose, which allowed him to have two sixth-tier powerhouses accompany him out of the palace.
So Wu Yu chose to use his power to intimidate them. The two guards were certainly prepared to protect William with their lives, but Wu Yu simply wanted to have a talk with William. They didn't need to risk their lives for such a trivial matter, so they readily stepped forward and said, "Your Highness, we will wait outside."
"Hmm." William, without any suspicion, nodded in agreement.
Dan also left with the other servants. In fact, if Wu Yu hadn't lacked that level of aura, Dan wouldn't have needed to come and scare him.
For a moment, the huge hall was empty except for Wu Yu and William, making it quite deserted.
Wu Yu gave William a scrutinizing look and asked, "Did you come here just to see your fiancée?"
“That’s right,” William nodded.
"And then what?" Wu Yu continued to ask.
William, however, was at a loss for words. Children often act on impulse; he had heard his fiancée was here and wanted to see what she looked like, so he came straight over without considering what to do next. After a long pause, William tentatively asked, "Take her to the capital?"
"No way, Prince William, do you really think His Majesty came here to flirt with you?" William's reply amused Wu Yu, who retorted sarcastically.
“I know this is just a political marriage,” William said, his face flushed, feeling offended.
"Ha! You actually know the term 'political marriage'? Then let me ask you, do you know what this political marriage is all about?" Wu Yu continued to ask with a cold smile.
“It’s just marrying someone you don’t know,” William replied earnestly.
"That was before, it's not that simple now," Wu Yu said, shaking his head.
“Although marriage alliances have always been about the woman marrying into the man’s family, that is under the condition of equal status. But this time, Phillis is the king of a country. After you get married, she will naturally not stay in your country. She will return to the Ultra Empire immediately, and you, as her husband, must leave with her.”
Looking at William's panicked face, Wu Yu continued to threaten him, "From now on, you will live in another unfamiliar country, and because of your identity, you will probably never be able to leave the palace for the rest of your life."
"Then what should I do?" William asked instinctively, always asking for help as a child's first choice.
“It’s very simple. Once you become the emperor of this country, you will naturally have the power to control your own destiny,” Wu Yu replied casually.
"Do you even need to tell me? This is simply impossible," William said irritably. Although he was only ten years old, William was very clear about his position in the royal family. Unless all his older brothers died, the throne had nothing to do with him.
"What if I said I could help you?" Wu Yu said with amusement.
"You?" William said, not quite believing it.
"Don't let my appearance fool you, I'm actually quite powerful. You can ask your country's war god who's stronger between us." Wu Yu boasted without a hint of embarrassment. "Many things in this world aren't as complicated as you think. As long as you're strong enough, many problems can no longer be considered problems."
"Why do you want to help me?" William asked warily. Although he was naive, he was not stupid and did not believe in free lunches.
