Ma Lihua stared at the steaming black paste in the bowl; its thick texture seemed to conceal countless unknown secrets.

She frowned and said to her grandmother, Ma Linghua, "Grandma, it's too hot, I want to cool down..."

His words carried a hint of helplessness and a subtle resistance to this unknown food.

He swallowed hard, seemingly trying to suppress some kind of unease within him.

"Oh! Okay! I've made a lot of milk, let it cool down a bit so it'll be easier to eat later."

Ma Linghua responded with an inscrutable expression on her face, then happily carried a bowl of dark porridge towards the secret room.

Ma Lihua watched her departing figure, a hint of doubt flashing in her eyes. She then looked up at the sky, which perhaps seemed particularly oppressive to her at that moment.

Looking at the food in her bowl, she felt an invisible pressure compelling her.

Finally, as if she had made up her mind, she didn't think about anything, tilted her head back, and downed the bowl of black porridge in one gulp.

For a moment, her expression was complicated; this really wasn't something a human could eat!

In the secret room, Ma Linghua said softly, "Lotus! Mother has brought you food."

Ma Hehua, lying in the coffin, appeared radiant, yet exuded an eerie aura.

She lay there quietly, unable to respond to Ma Linghua's words.

Looking at her daughter, Ma Linghua felt a surge of pride. She thought to herself: If she hadn't fed Hehua so often, she wouldn't have grown up so well.

What she didn't know was that Ma Hehua was experiencing one terrible nightmare after another in this seemingly peaceful sleep.

In Ma Hehua's dream, all around was darkness, with only the bowl of black porridge emitting a faint light.

She seemed to be drawn by an invisible force, constantly moving closer to the bowl of dark, mushy soup.

As she got closer, the dark mass suddenly turned into a huge vortex, sucking her in.

She struggled desperately in the vortex, but could not escape, and could only let herself be swept into a strange and terrifying world.

This world is filled with distorted figures and strange sounds.

She saw a series of indistinct figures with gaping mouths, black liquid flowing from them, slowly walking towards her.

She tried to run, but found that her feet seemed to be nailed to the ground, unable to move an inch.

As the people drew closer, she could feel the icy aura emanating from them, an aura that seemed to penetrate her soul, making her tremble all over.

Suddenly, those people reached out and grabbed her arms and shoulders, and began to tear at her body.

She screamed in agony, only to find her voice so faint in this world, as if swallowed by darkness.

Her body was being torn apart bit by bit, and the pain came like a tidal wave, almost making her faint.

Even more horrifying, however, those people threw her torn body parts into a huge pot, which was simmering that familiar black slurry.

She watched helplessly as her body writhed in the pot, her heart filled with fear and despair.

Just when she thought she was going to be trapped in this nightmare forever, the scene suddenly changed.

She found herself back in that secret room, lying in a coffin.

Her mother, Ma Linghua, stood beside her, holding the bowl of dark, gooey liquid in her hand, a strange smile on her face, as she slowly approached her.

She tried to shout to make her mother stop, but her throat felt like it was blocked by something, and she couldn't make a sound.

Ma Linghua brought the dark paste to her lips, and the familiar taste made her stomach churn.

She shook her head desperately, trying to escape, but her mother's hand was like an iron clamp, tightly gripping her chin and forcing her to open her mouth.

The dark, gooey liquid was slowly poured into her mouth, and she felt her body begin to grow cold, her consciousness gradually fading.

In her hazy consciousness, she saw those terrifying figures again, lurking in the darkness, their laughter echoing in her ears.

She didn't know how much longer she would have to struggle in this nightmare, or when it would all end.

She could only wait in this endless fear for a possible glimmer of hope, hoping to wake up from this terrible dream and escape all this horror.

Ma Linghua glanced smugly at the food Ma Hehua had swallowed, a satisfied smile spreading across her face.

"Lotus flowers, don't they smell good? Don't rush, Mom has cooked a big pot of them!"

Ma Lihua: "……………………"

Ma Hehua: "……………………"

Chi Huan couldn't stand the bizarre dish, Poison Tea Pear Blossom, any longer, not to mention the eerie aura it emitted and the terrifying smell she imagined.

When she saw that the bucket, which should have been full of bizarre dishes, was now empty, she was first taken aback, and then her gaze fell on Ma Lihua, who was wiping her mouth with her hand.

A look of immense satisfaction immediately appeared on her face. She thought to herself, "This child has clearly eaten all the food I made. What an obedient child."
