But then they heard Qin Yi already playing along and cheering them on.

"That's true. Compared to taking down a wild boar with one slash, this guy really isn't that difficult."

Xiao Wu shuddered. The kick from earlier still caused him severe pain in his chest and abdomen with the slightest movement. He had no doubt that the woman's words were an exaggeration. How could this woman be so barbaric?

Zhu Xing was completely stunned. It wasn't until everyone had boarded the bus that he came to his senses.

"What the heck? A wild boar?"

Her voice was incredibly loud, as if everyone in the carriage could hear her. For some reason, Jian Dan felt a little embarrassed and quickly pulled Qin Qinghuai behind her.

Qin Qinghuai quickly pulled the others to sit down.

What could Qin Qinghuai say? He looked at Jian Dan with tender eyes.

"It was just a coincidence. Now that I've finally found someone I like, I have to make a move right away."

Furthermore, my wife and I aren't people who enjoy large gatherings, so we didn't have a ceremony.

Zhu Xing is a rather traditional person.

"Getting married without a ceremony, isn't that a bit inappropriate?"

Qin Qinghuai naturally knew that this was not fair.

Looking at this and that, Qin Qinghuai quickly looked away, his expression relaxed and at ease. It was obvious that the group had a very close relationship, one that came from the heart.

They arrived at the station quickly and found Cheng Chao, who had been waiting for them, in a small alley near the station. However, he looked rather miserable, covered in dirt and grime.

Her hair looked like it hadn't been washed for days, all clumped together.

His face was greasy, it was simply unbearable to look at.

"No, bro, what kind of image do you have?"

That's only because they were so familiar with the person; otherwise, they wouldn't have recognized them.

"Don't tell me this is a mission requirement?"

Is it all done? What's the next step?

This station is Haicheng, a coastal city. There's plenty of seafood here that I could find. I saw a few people carrying buckets when I came here, so the pier is probably not far away.

Sure enough, Cheng Chao had already explored the area quite thoroughly. While speaking, he kept a watchful eye on the alley entrance. Seeing this, Qin Yi automatically took a few steps back and guarded the alley entrance.

Cheng Chaoxian smiled.

"This kid has a good eye."

Jian Dan and Qin Qinghuai both rolled their eyes.

"You really have a lot of free time."

After a brief exchange, Cheng Chao got down to business.

"I'm going out for a bit tonight. You guys are free to do whatever you want. If you run into me, just pretend you don't know me. I'll come find you when I'm done."

About three or four miles ahead is the seaside, but it's not warm enough to go into the sea yet. You can go and collect some seafood when the tide is low, but you need to wear thick clothes because the sea breeze is strong and the temperature is low.

If you don't want to go by yourself, there's a small market about a kilometer back from the beach. It's full of the catch from nearby villagers who go out to sea or go beachcombing. I've been there twice. Most of the seafood is alive, which is pretty good. The goods are fresh, there's a wide variety, and being by the sea, the prices aren't expensive.

Most importantly, it's tacitly approved here; as long as nothing serious happens, nobody cares.

"Well,"

The first one to be stunned was Jian Dan. Wasn't this person here on a mission?

"Brother, I just did this on the side,"

Cheng Chao leaned against the wall to stand up, momentarily disgusted by the greasy and dirty clothes on his body, but quickly regained his composure.

"What do you mean by 'by the way'? Since you're out here, we naturally want you to have some fun. Besides, you don't have anything urgent to do right now, so this is your primary task."

"Qinghuai, you stay with her. I don't have much time here. After tonight, we'll probably have to leave immediately."

"So tight?"

Since that's the case, as soon as Cheng Chao left, Jian Dan grabbed Qin Qinghuai and pulled him outside.
