Although Granny Liu couldn't see the comments on the screen, she could sense that something was wrong with He Yi. As she spoke, Granny Liu picked up a ruler from the side and walked towards He Yi.

He Yi took a deep breath and kowtowed to the ground again. Just then, she heard footsteps and knew that Minister Zheng would be arriving soon.

Granny Liu slammed a ruler down on He Yi's back: "You need to straighten up here, otherwise, your posture is not correct."

Minister Zheng snorted coldly.

"My daughter is perfectly fine. What are you anyway, that you don't need to discipline her!"

As he spoke, Minister Zheng glanced at Madam Lin, who was standing silently to the side.

Lin really didn't expect that this matter would escalate to this point.

She originally thought that, given He Yi's personality, she would definitely argue with Granny Liu, and might even punish Granny Liu.

But to my surprise, the expected situation did not occur; instead, I was forced into this predicament.
