Wen Yixing and Shen Jingshao's wedding was held in October.

The wedding was grand and solemn.

After the wedding, the two went abroad for a month.

Summer has passed and winter has come; before we know it, another year is coming to an end.

After returning to China, Wen Yixing quickly got back to work.

Towards the end of the year, Shen Jingshao found himself with some free time and would often visit her film set.

Over time, everyone in the crew learned that their director Wen's husband was actually Shen Jingshao from Xingchen Group.

Shen Jingshao couldn't bear to see her like this, so he would always give her a hand warmer to hold.

Also worried that she might catch a cold, Shen Jingshao would watch over her every time she went out and make sure she wore a lot of clothes.

So every day, the crew could see their director Wen dressed like a chubby dumpling, wrapped up in layers of clothing, completely covered up.

After the last scene of the movie was filmed, the ground was covered with a layer of white snow.

Wen Yixing was about to talk to her colleagues in the crew about the wrap party.

Before she could even speak, she saw the assistant director next to her wink at her: "Director Wen, your husband is here to pick you up from get off work."

Wen Yixing followed the assistant director's gaze and saw Shen Jingshao standing not far away.

Shen Jingshao was wearing a black coat today and was holding a bouquet of flowers.

Wen Yixing ran over with a smile. Because she was wearing a lot of clothes, she looked a little clumsy, but Shen Jingshao found it very cute. He took two steps forward and put his arm around her.

"Why did you come so early today?" Wen Yixing hugged Shen Jingshao's waist and looked up at him.

She had originally planned to finish work early today so she could go to Shen Jingshao's company and pick him up after get off work.

Shen Jingshao stopped in his tracks. Wen Yixing turned back to look at him in confusion, and then heard him say gently, "We were destined to grow old together in this life."

As the year drew to a close, Wen Yixing finally had some free time after filming wrapped up.

It's only 2 PM now. Wen Jingyao used to go home with Shen Jingshao.

Wen Jingyao smiled and pointed to the bag on the ground: "Mom, we should go to the annual meeting tomorrow."

"This is a dress that Uncle Shen asked me to bring back for you."

"Uncle Chen said you should try it first, and if it doesn't fit, he'll have the designer bring over a new one."

Shen Jingshao knew Wen Yixing's clothing size, and he had a good eye; both dresses suited her perfectly.

Wen Yixing tried it out and even had Wen Jingyao take pictures to send to Shen Jingshao.

However, when Wen Yixing was trying on the clothes, she belatedly realized that she seemed to have gained a lot of weight recently. Both of the clothes were a bit tight for her, but she could still wear them.

I've been too indulgent at home lately.
