What hot spring? Why would a concubine be in a hot spring? Su Yushan was completely confused and subconsciously looked at Hongli, only to see Hongli's brows furrow slightly. "The hot spring water is shallow, what's there to be afraid of?"

When Hongli and Yushan dined together, there were no servants attending to them. Only Li Yu was present, so Qiu Cha had no need to worry. She glanced at Su Gege, hesitated for a moment, and then whispered:

The serious injury and drowning incident refers to the incident where Lan Rong was injured while saving Hongli, right?

Su Yushan understood perfectly, and sat there calmly. Hongli's thin lips were slightly pursed, and his expression seemed not good. Qiu Cha couldn't tell whether the Fourth Prince was worried or angry.

After a long silence, Hongli finally said, "I understand, you may leave!"

Qiu Cha was confused. Was Fourth Master agreeing or refusing? "Fourth Master..."

She wanted to say more, but Hongli interrupted her, "Get out!"

Seeing that the Fourth Prince was angry, Qiu Cha dared not say another word. She curtsied and took her leave, but she did not leave. Instead, she waited outside, because she could tell that since the Fourth Prince had not said anything explicitly, he probably wanted to discuss it with Su Gege.

That wasn't what she was worried about. Yu Shan had prepared the clothes for him for another purpose, but she didn't say it explicitly. She only said ambiguously, "You'll know once you get there."

"If you're worried, you can come with me."

Su Yushan had no intention of being disliked. "Do you want to save someone or annoy them? If I go there, I'm afraid the concubine's condition will worsen."

She knows quite a lot, Hongli chuckled and sighed, then said gently to her, "I'll be right back, no need to take the clothes."

Hongli had his own reasons for agreeing to go; some things he could handle himself, and there was no need to worry Yushan.

He looked calm, and Su Yushan didn't mind, but she still felt that he should bring some clothes with him.

Leaving the mansion, Hongli set off in a carriage. When he arrived at the detached courtyard, he saw Lan Rong huddled in a tent, seemingly terrified. The female physician sighed helplessly.

“I just took my concubine to the hot springs. As soon as we got there, she became very emotional, as if she had recalled some unpleasant things.”

As soon as Lan Rong saw Hongli enter, she jumped out of her tent and threw herself into his arms, hugging him tightly and crying in a trembling voice:

With her back to Hongli, she slowly dipped her jade-like feet into the water. Nervously, she glanced back, only to see Hongli reclining on a deck chair behind the screen, enjoying the moon and sipping tea, without even looking at her.

Everyone said she was beautiful and had a stunning figure. She also felt that she was no less beautiful than Su Yushan. So why was the Fourth Prince not interested in her?

He didn't even glance at the great opportunity. Lan Rong couldn't understand why he didn't do anything right.

After she entered the water, the female doctor began to administer acupuncture to her, and then instructed her to soak in the hot spring for 15 minutes before getting up.

Lan Rong followed the female physician's advice and stayed in the hot spring, shivering and hugging her arms. Qiu Cha comforted her, "Master, don't be afraid. Fourth Master is here and will surely protect you. Just rest and recuperate."
