Take a day off on New Year's Day

On this happy day for the whole family, I am sitting in front of the computer and can't write anything. I would like to have a day off to think about it and continue writing.

Sorry guys, I really don't have any manuscripts saved.

Although my parents told me to focus on my own things and not to worry about them, it was rare for them to come visit me, and I couldn't just ignore them and watch TV in the living room. Especially as they were getting older, I still wanted to spend more time with them.

I can only wish you all a happy new year here and thank you for your tolerance.
