During special holidays, the library and activity room become the venues for villagers to celebrate. During the Spring Festival, the place is brightly decorated and filled with a festive atmosphere. Villagers hold cultural performances here, with a variety of self-written and performed programs. There are lively dances, humorous skits, and moving songs; each program showcases the villagers' talents and love for life. Children run around in the crowd, holding candy, their faces beaming with happiness. The elderly sit in the front row, watching the performances, clapping and cheering from time to time, tears welling in their eyes; they feel the warmth and unity of the village.

However, with the increase in users, the library and activity room also faced some new challenges. Books wore out faster and needed timely repair and replacement; some facilities in the activity room were damaged after frequent use and needed maintenance; and the organization and management of activities needed to be improved to meet the growing needs of the villagers. Lin Yue and the villagers were not deterred by these problems; they actively sought solutions.

Regarding the book issue, Lin Yue organized a volunteer team specifically for book repair. The volunteers carefully inspected each damaged book, meticulously repairing the pages with glue and tape, and rebinding the covers. Meanwhile, Lin Yue continued to seek donations and support from the outside world, contacting more institutions and individuals to secure more new book resources. Thanks to her efforts, several publishers and charitable organizations expressed their willingness to help the library, donating a batch of new books.

The village craftsmen played a crucial role in addressing the issue of damaged facilities in the activity room. They regularly inspected the facilities and promptly replaced any damaged parts. When a ping-pong table broke down, the craftsmen acted swiftly. They carefully examined the table's structure and found that the legs were loose and the tabletop had cracks. The craftsmen first made new legs out of wood, then repaired the cracks in the tabletop and sanded it smooth. During this process, young villagers also assisted, learning repair techniques from the craftsmen and laying the foundation for future maintenance work.

Regarding the organization and management of the activities, Lin Yue and other enthusiastic villagers established a special committee. They developed detailed activity plans and regulations, arranging different types of activities based on the villagers' interests and needs. They meticulously planned aspects such as activity registration, venue arrangements, and safety measures. For example, when holding large-scale events, they arranged personnel in advance to maintain order on-site and prepared first-aid supplies and equipment to ensure the smooth running of the event.

In this process, the villagers' relationships became even closer. They helped and learned from each other while jointly participating in the construction, maintenance, and activities of the library and activity room. The young people respected the experience of their elders, and the elders appreciated the energy and innovative spirit of the young. In a handicraft competition, villagers of different ages formed groups to complete their projects. A young woman and an elderly woman were paired together, working collaboratively. The young woman designed the patterns, while the elderly woman skillfully crafted them. Their work won first prize. Upon receiving the award, the young woman tightly grasped the elderly woman's hand, excitedly saying, "Grandma, this award is all thanks to you!" The elderly woman smiled and said, "Child, you're amazing too; it's the result of our joint efforts."

The library and activity room have become the cultural heart of the village, enriching the villagers' spiritual lives and promoting the village's harmonious development. Here, villagers acquire knowledge, enjoy happiness, and simultaneously inherit and promote the village's cultural traditions. This is their temple of knowledge and joy, and their forever warm home, carrying their hopes and dreams for the future. As time continues to flow, it will continue to shine, injecting a continuous stream of vitality into the village's development.
