Why make such a big fuss, like they're going to raid someone's home, only to take Shen Qiyin to Qiying Pavilion?

Not only were they surprised, but Shen Qiyin herself hadn't expected it either.

She glanced at the guards standing guard outside and asked Xiong Lu uncertainly, "You're taking me to Qiying Pavilion... to change my medicine, right?"
