Shuanghua thought it over. Even if Lan Linxue were to kill him now, he would still have to rush in. He would rather suffer now than face a life-or-death situation later.

Qin Kou'er heard the serious tone in Shuanghua's voice, which wasn't meant to be intimidating, so she quickly said to Lan Linxue, panting, "Get down here right now! It's so embarrassing! Let me tell you, Lan Linxue, you don't want to go out and see people, but I do! Get down here right now!"

"I'm not finished yet!"

Lan Linxue looked frustrated and unsatisfied.

"Shuanghua is no joke! If he really barges in, he'll see me all naked! Don't blame me for cheating on you then, you brought this on yourself!"

Qin Kou'er realized that the only way to get Lan Linxue to control the final step was to make her cuckolded.

Lan Linxue truly hated it!

He lay on top of Qin Kou'er, panting heavily. It took him a long time to finally regain his composure.

"Lan Linxue! Aren't you going to open the door for me? I'm really going to barge in!"

As she spoke, Shuanghua raised her hand to push the door open and go inside.

However, the door was suddenly flung open.

Lan Linxue appeared before Shuanghua, her clothes disheveled.

Without giving Shuanghua a chance to speak, Lan Linxue kicked Shuanghua off the steps.

"What are you doing, making a scene like that?! You'll make me suffer until I'm childless and without descendants one day. Get out!"

Shuanghua clutched her chest, looking at Lan Linxue's face, which was flushed red from the frustration of unfulfilled desire, and couldn't help but smile slightly.

"His Majesty was worrying for nothing! He always thought your lineage would end in your hands, but now it seems his worries were completely unfounded! You're perfectly normal!"

At this point, Shuanghua's face turned cold again, and she added, "Let me tell you, you absolutely mustn't make a mistake again! Qin Kou'er had to undergo layers of checks before entering the palace. If the Emperor finds out that she was immoral before marriage, you'll never see Qin Kou'er again for the rest of your life. I'm not kidding!"

"Shut up!" Lan Linxue roared angrily, "Why are you scaring people like this? Get out!"

After cursing, Lan Linxue grabbed the hot water bottle by the door without thinking and carried it inside.

He kicked the door shut again.

While Lan Linxue was out cursing, Qin Kou'er quickly got off the bed, ran to Lan Linxue's closet, grabbed one of his clothes, and put it on.

Lan Linxue angrily poured hot water into Qin Kou'er's bathtub, only to find it was of little use, so she threw the wooden tub on the ground with a clatter.

"They're all dead! Can one bucket of water even help? Are you out of your mind?!"

Lan Linxue was standing on the ground cursing when he turned his head and saw Qin Kou'er wearing his clothes, leaning gently against a pillar and smiling at him.

Lan Linxue was taken aback.

Qin Kou'er's long hair was loose, and a long yellow robe was draped over her delicate shoulders, making her inexplicably endearing. Paired with her rosy cheeks and watery eyes, she was truly irresistible.

Lan Linxue felt her body starting to react unruly again.

Damn it!

Lan Linxue lowered her head and cursed under her breath, wondering why Qin Kou'er was so irresistibly alluring today.

Qin Kou'er knew what was going on just by looking at Lan Linxue's reaction.

She sighed softly, walked directly to Lan Linxue's side, and then pressed a few acupoints on his body.

Lan Linxue immediately collapsed, unable to move.

What are you doing?

The Blue-Scaled Snowman cannot move, but it can speak.

Qin Kou'er bent down, reached out and grabbed Lan Linxue, then walked towards the back.

"What can I do? Of course, I'll help you relieve your heat!"

Lan Linxue's eyes widened immediately. "I can't accept that position, man on top, woman on bottom!"

Qin Kou'er's forehead creased with three black lines: Is that the only thing on this dead man's mind right now?!

"Lan Linxue, I've realized I didn't know you well enough! I feel like I've been deceived and tricked by you!"

"When did I lie to you?" Lan Linxue asked, looking indignant.

He was in so much pain being held by Qin Kou'er.

"You said you have no interest in women at all, so why do you know so much about matters between men and women? Have you had intimate contact with other girls before?"

Thinking that Lan Linxue might be in this situation, Qin Kou'er immediately tightened her grip, making Lan Linxue's waist feel as if it were about to be cut in half.

"Of course not! Apart from you, I haven't even glanced at anyone else!"

Lan Linxue was not lying about this. Apart from Qin Kou'er, his impressions of women were all based on the concubines in the palace who were vying for power.

"Where did you get those poses from?"

After circling around a few times, Qin Kou'er was about to reach her destination.

"I read it in a book!"

Lan Linxue wasn't embarrassed at all. "Besides, all adult princes in the palace have teachers!"

"Who taught you?" Qin Kou'er's voice turned cold.

"Old nanny from the palace! Oh dear, Qin Kou'er, you're going to break my back! Watch out, your son will be buried with me!"

Qin Kou'er snorted, completely ignoring Lan Linxue's cries. Turning a corner, she finally reached the huge pool of flowing water, quickly released Lan Linxue's pressure points, and then, like cargo, threw her directly into the cold water pool, making a loud splash.

Lan Linxue shuddered from the cold water, and when he climbed out of the water, Qin Kou'er was smiling at him from the poolside.

"Why don't you take a nice cold shower right here? I'm sure you'll calm down soon!"
