Not only did they lose, but the King of Adan also threatened the Ming Dynasty, making it seem as if he had won.

Given the dire situation, the King of Adan's insistence on his ministers finding a solution naturally fueled their discontent.

One of the generals even charged forward with his sword drawn and said to the King of Aden:

"You hateful king! If it weren't for you, how could things have turned out this way? Now that things have developed to this point, are you still going to stand here and act all high and mighty? My kingdom of Adan is about to be destroyed by your own hand."

The king was furious when he heard the general say that.

He is the king, and naturally he has a sense of dignity. How could he be lectured and insulted like this by a subordinate?

So the King of Adane stared at the general and said:

"You bastard, men, drag him out and kill him!"

Upon hearing this, the general gritted his teeth and coldly said:

"I'll kill you first, you tyrant."

With that, he drew his longsword and thrust it forcefully through King Adan's chest.

King Adanni's eyes widened as he stared at the general in disbelief, repeatedly speaking as he did so:

"Help! Someone's trying to kill me! Quickly..."

However, the officials below completely ignored this scene and did nothing at all.

In their view, it was indeed the king's fault.

If it weren't for him, things wouldn't have gotten this far.

He remains unrepentant, which is why the king deserves it; he should pay with his life for his actions.

Seeing that the officials were all turning a blind eye to this scene, the king was filled with regret and realized that he had made a mistake.

So what? It's too late to regret it now.

He was even killed.

And so, filled with resentment, he slowly collapsed.

With the king dead, the officials resumed their discussions and unanimously decided that all officials should go out to apologize to the Ming Dynasty and bring the king's body to the Ming Dynasty's crown prince to admit their mistakes.
