Beer is the easiest to foam. If the foam is full when it is half filled, then the remaining beer will definitely not be poured in, and then it will automatically overflow, causing product loss, and also resulting in unqualified filling products.

In order to solve this problem, the solution proposed by the institute is to make the filling port into a slender tubular nozzle. When filling, wait for the empty bottles on the assembly line to reach the filling position. After being fixed firmly, the filling nozzle above will drop and insert it to the bottom of the bottle, two centimeters away from the bottom, and then start filling. After filling, lift the filling port and pull it out of the bottle.

In this way, the wine will basically not be exposed to the air, and the probability of foaming is greatly reduced. Even if there are still some foams, the empty space at the bottleneck of the bottle is enough to hold these foams and prevent it from overflowing easily.

A series of optimized designs make the performance of this beer filling line very reliable. Except for the small output, there are no other problems.

But this is not the end. The quality inspection in this step mainly checks whether there is leakage, and the second step of quality inspection checks whether there are foreign objects in the bottle.

The beer that has passed the sealing inspection will be conveyed to the second inspection position, where there are many calcium carbide lamps. The sealed beer will pass through the lights one by one along the conveyor belt, and the quality inspector will observe whether there are foreign objects in the bottle through the lights.

If there are foreign objects, they will be picked out. If not, a color overprinted trademark label needs to be affixed to the bottle to prove that it has been inspected.

Therefore, the two trademarks on the bottle mouth and the bottle body not only exist as trademarks, but also are two proofs of qualification for inspection to ensure the qualified rate of the product.

After all these steps are completed, the beer will finally go to the packaging area and be packed into wooden boxes that have been nailed one by one, or tied directly with hemp ropes. Ten bottles of beer are tied into a bundle with ropes, which is called a dozen beers.

The two packaging methods have their own advantages. It is easy to transport with boxes, and it can be stacked infinitely. At least it can be stacked up to seven or eight layers.
