The King of Black Fog

"The situation is turning grim," one said.

"Hasn't it always been like this?" came the reply.

Chapter Fifty-Six: There Can Only Be Two Suns in the Sky

The ring is an octagonal cage, and Lou Yong has spared no expense in providing himself with high-end training equipment.

"What's your name, boss?" Su Su pushed open the cage door.

"His surname is Li." Li Changzhou walked in.

Su Su followed him in, casually closing the cage door behind her: "What is Mr. Li good at?"

"Fists, please."

Do you need boxing gloves?

"No need, I prefer to be direct." He didn't have any equipment like boxing gloves, so training would be pointless.

While they were talking, Su Su secretly observed Li Changzhou.

He appeared relaxed and lacked presence, but his physique was quite good—well-proportioned and upright. Apart from being too handsome, there was nothing else to notice.

"What is Coach Su good at?" Li Changzhou asked.

"They're both so-so. If you use your fists, I'll use my fists too."

“Great!” Li Changzhou replied happily.

"Water Buffalo Style - Mighty Bull Fist" can only increase strength, it has no moves to speak of, so I'd better learn it properly this time.

Su Su smiled, her smile unintentionally carrying a hint of an expert pointing fingers at a novice.

She said, "I'm an amateur, so don't get your hopes up too high."

"That's great! I'm an amateur too!"

Mu Rong, sitting in the audience, blinked. Li Changzhou's expression now was far more excited than when he saw her.

"Sister Mu, what brings you here?" Li Qianxia asked curiously.

“I saw your brother’s message in the group chat, and since I happened to have some free time, I came to check it out,” Mu Rong explained.

“Miss Mu,” Lou Yong interjected, “my shooting range is under construction. Come visit sometime, Miss Yang and Miss Li too. Many colleagues will be coming.”

"Okay, thank you, Boss Lou." Mu Rong nodded with a smile.

Li Qianxia and Yang Qinglan didn't respond. They both looked at the arena as the competition began.

Su Su initially held back, attacking Li Changzhou as if it were a game.

After several unsuccessful attempts, she became serious.

Despite being a woman, her movements can be described as "agile and skillful".

His fists were forged from steel, and with each punch and move, he seemed capable of defeating everything.

She swayed a few times, then suddenly found an angle and threw a punch like a venomous snake.

Li Changzhou dodged it, then changed his approach, turning the venomous snake into a bear's paw, delivering straight punches and hooks with fierce momentum, seemingly making the wind howl.

The people who came with Mu Rong exclaimed in surprise.

Su Su's actions may seem innocuous on television, but when they actually happen in front of you, they are terrifying, like a ferocious beast pouncing on you and biting you several times.

Li Changzhou dodged left and right under the beast-like fists, fleeing in a sorry state within the octagonal cage, looking as if he had narrowly escaped death.

"Boss, your VIP guest is amazing! He can last this long!" the carefree man exclaimed.

The other male coach, who had been quiet all along, couldn't help but speak up in front of the three beautiful women, commenting: "In terms of dodging, they're not much worse than us."

It means that he not only dodges better than Li Changzhou, but he can also fight back.

Su Su on stage had completely different ideas from the two of them.

Aside from special methods, she had already exerted all her strength using only her hands.

Li Changzhou seemed like a training sandbag, like a tree ravaged by a storm, but Su Su knew that he was a bird perched on a branch. When the storm came, he would fly away, and the slightest breeze could do nothing to him.

Bang!

Li Changzhou suddenly made a move, gently pushing Su Su away as if she were a child reaching out for candy.

The gentle force caused her, with her solid fundamentals, to stumble back several steps.

She steadied herself and was about to rush forward.

"Forget it, let's not fight anymore," Li Changzhou said.

"Why?" Su Su asked subconsciously.

"So you really are an amateur."

His opponent was just an ordinary person; apart from his moves, there was nothing about him that made him want to continue fighting.

Su Su's face turned cold, and she said, "I won't fight, but only if you beat me down first!"

As soon as she finished speaking, she exploded like a powder keg, her fist flying towards Li Changzhou's face like a piece of metal from a powder keg.

Li Changzhou caught the punch with his palm.

He reached out and caught the second, third, and fourth punches, as well as Su Su's relentless elbow strikes, kicks, and any sneak attacks.

His single right hand, like a large umbrella, shielded him from all the rain.

The audience members below the stage, not to mention the two coaches, even Mu Rong and Lou Yong, who had some knowledge of Li Changzhou's skills, couldn't help but be surprised.

Su Su is exceptionally skilled and experienced. It's one thing for Li Changzhou to defeat her with his skills, but to be able to so easily catch all the attacks without using any skills shows that her attributes are beyond the imagination of ordinary players.

"You're very capable. I'm just a little luckier than you." Li Changzhou felt sorry for Su Su.

But she was just a little bit unlucky; she could never beat him.

If such a person were to obtain a player identity, they would have a 100% advantage in the early stages, and even Yang Qinglan's "Repulsion" might not be able to deal with them.

Once they have an early advantage, they can thrive even more later on.

The Su Su in front of him was not a player, but in the value game, there must be "Su Su" who became players. He had to be careful of these people. Li Changzhou's mind was no longer on Su Su. He began to be wary of the real opponents.

Ignoring the stunned and incredulous Su Su, Li Changzhou opened the arena door and walked out.

“Brother Li,” Lou Yong stepped forward, “we don’t need to compete for victory. We can learn some moves and routines and accumulate combat experience.”

“I’ve already learned it,” Li Changzhou said.

As for experience, players mostly exchange skills. Su Su can only help novice players practice their courage to fight, and not just think about dodging when they see a fist.

Zheng Qing had already trained him on this using a dagger.
