The King of Black Fog

"The situation is turning grim," one said.

"Hasn't it always been like this?" came the reply.

Chapter Seventy-Four Dangerous Prague

Even after Li Changzhou and Yang Qinglan said that, Li Qianxia still couldn't put her mind at ease. She was not only worried about herself, but also worried that she would harm the two of them.

It's all that perverted Xiaoyue's fault.

"If only there were that honey pot world," she said instinctively.

As long as they stay in their own little world, no one can hurt them.

Yang Qinglan glanced at her: "Didn't you want to live peacefully and plan to stay in Prague forever?"

"Sigh." Li Qianxia sighed, feeling that peace was indeed impossible.

During their previous discussion, Yang Qinglan quoted a line from Ferdinand Foch, which she had dismissed at the time. Now, however, she realized that the great man's words were indeed true.

There has never been peace; this is merely a twenty-year truce.

“And that Wang Donghua, he definitely knows we went to the casino,” she added with concern.

“But he doesn’t know exactly where I am.” Li Changzhou yawned.

They were teleported here in the middle of the night. He had just finished digging the hole and was exhausted, preparing to go to sleep.

“Yes,” Yang Qinglan nodded, “Photo manipulation is a crime in Xia Country, even for imprisoning women, so it would certainly be even more easy to commit abroad.”

“That was before,” Li Changzhou explained lazily. “The photo was moved to the wrong person, she met the wrong person, but she has reformed now, so please don’t discriminate against her.”

"Does 'reform' mean—Du Hua imprisons one, and you imprison both of us?" Li Qianxia teased her brother, then asked, "What do we do next? Keep moving around using the photo displacement?"

“Prague is the first city in the world to have its entire city listed as a World Heritage Site. What do you suggest we do?” Yang Qinglan asked her with a smile.

"Um?"

“Of course, we’ll travel in a convertible.” Li Changzhou lay down comfortably on the bed.

Regardless of what I plan to do next, that's enough for today. I'm tired... no, I'm recovering my strength.

Prague at night.

Charles Bridge, adorned with 30 statues of saints, is a bridge that kings would always cross during their coronation processions.

At this moment, the bridge was crowded with people, street performers played music and sang, couples whispered to each other, a group of people walked by laughing, and children holding their parents' hands ate grilled sausages.

A figure hurriedly ran through the crowd, glancing back fearfully every now and then.

After the figure left, the eyes of a saint statue flicked like abacus beads in the direction he went.

......

Old Town Square is the prototype of "Prague Square" in Jolin Tsai's album "Magic".

In the center of the square stands a statue of Jan Hus, depicting the Bohemian anti-papal authoritarian scholar, the victorious Hussite warriors, and the Protestants.

A young mother in the group of statues symbolizes the rebirth of the nation.

A green sprite, fluttering its wide, large, and thin green wings, landed lightly on the statue's head, standing majestically.

"Oh my!" the crowd gasped.

The elf, with its triangular head raised, stood a full 1.5 meters tall, firmly perched on the head of the Hussite statue on its four legs.

Its long chest stands straight, and its emerald green forelegs are raised high, like a believer praying to God.

"What a huge praying mantis!" a child exclaimed.

The elf looked over, and its catching feet, which had been folded in front of its chest, slowly opened and stretched out in a cross shape.

There were gasps of surprise around them, and the child's parents vaguely sensed that something was wrong.

It's too late.

Even lightning wouldn't be this fast; the mantis's two hacksaws swept through the crowd.

Heads flew off, blood gushed from the uncovered bodies, and four or five people died instantly.

".....ah!!!"

The crowd fell silent for a moment, then erupted into a thunderous uproar. The commotion in the dense crowd quickly escalated into a terrifying congestion and chaos.

Everyone fled in a frenzy, and countless people were knocked down, injured, or trampled.

Shouts, screams, adults yelling, children crying, and a chaotic jumble of people pushing and shoving each other.

The green sprite coldly gazed at the chaotic old town square before it, raised one of its heads with its forelegs, and stretched its sharp little beak into its neck to peck at the most delicious parts.

Blood flowed, staining the inscription on the base of the statue.

【Milujte se, pravdy ka?dému p?ejte】

Love one another, and may truth be given to everyone.

What is truth?

Some say it's love, some say it's justice, and some say it's unity.

All of these are correct. Love is power, justice is power, unity is power, and power is truth.

Maria Aferona felt very unlucky; as an Italian, she was no stranger to Prague, Czech Republic.

She has traveled here by plane from Venice many times.

After being transported to Prague, she used her experience to find a guesthouse she had stayed in before.

This guesthouse doesn't have a business license and can't be found on any app. The owner originally catered to tourists visiting Prague. The view from the window is beautiful, with a distant view of Prague Castle under the blue sky.

Later, a friend of a friend came to Prague for tourism, and my friend arranged for that friend's friend to stay at the boss's place.

The boss refused to accept money, but a friend of a friend felt embarrassed and gave the boss various gifts.

Later, a friend of a friend of a friend also came to Prague for tourism, and I don't know which friend started it, but everyone started paying for it.

Maria Aferona was one of her friends.

When she entered the guesthouse, she was so startled that she almost turned around and left.

An Egyptian man, holding an ankh cross (the prototype of the Millennium Key in Yu-Gi-Oh!), is talking to the shopkeeper.
