After scanning the group of people rolling on the ground, the man's gaze slowly moved from bottom to top and landed on Gu Shuyan, who was standing on the second floor.

While he was sizing up Gu Shuyan, Gu Shuyan was also sizing him up.

Although the man looked quite old, his upright posture was no different from that of a thirty-year-old man, suggesting he was a trained martial artist.

The middle-aged man looked at Gu Shuyan with icy eyes, as if he wanted to devour the girl in front of him alive.

Those around were terrified by the man's appearance, and the shopkeeper even opened his mouth, wanting to remind Gu Shuyan to stop.

Gu Shuyan wasn't afraid at all, and even met the man's gaze.

“Your men attacked first, and we merely gave them a slight punishment. Now that they have made a mistake, they want to leave without apologizing. Isn’t that unreasonable?”

Gu Shuyan met the man's gaze, and the aura of authority she exuded made him momentarily dazed.

Especially with Gu Shuyan's fearless demeanor, the man almost thought he had seen that person again, the woman he could never forget.

The middle-aged man's gaze flickered as he looked at Gu Shuyan, then he turned to the lewd man and said, "Apologize to that other girl."

He looked up at Gu Shuyan, bowed slightly, and said, "I'm sorry!"

The lewd man's apology sounded forced and reluctant, and Gu Shuyan did not accept it.

A stern and authoritative voice rang out, and Gu Shuyan looked down at the lewd man.

He was already annoyed by being pressured by his boss to apologize, and now he was being forced to kneel down. So the man immediately stood up straight, pointed at Gu Shuyan and cursed, "Don't push your luck. If you don't know what's good for you, I'll kill you, believe it or not."

Gu Shuyan referred to herself as "Madam," which clearly meant that she was already married. The middle-aged man suddenly wondered what kind of person had married this interesting young woman.

Gu Shuyan glanced at the middle-aged man suspiciously. Was he curious about her?

Unfortunately, her identity is not something that just anyone should know.

"This seems to be none of your concern. If you are concerned about this, you should be concerned about your subordinate."

Yun Yichen braved the snow to chase after the group into the mountains, thinking that this time he would surely gain something.
