Two years ago, Mei Taohua and Ji Xiaoxiao divorced peacefully.

A year later, Mei Taohua found a new partner, Xia Ningshuang, who was also a savior.

After a long while, Mei Taohua recovered from the shock and nausea. She placed her fingers on Xia Ningshuang's nose, but there was no breath. Then she put her hand on Xia Ningshuang's neck. Her body temperature remained, slightly warm, but her carotid artery had already stopped beating.

"Something must have happened. Could it be the Destroyer League?"

Plum Blossom's mind conjured up a series of conspiracy theories.

Since becoming the savior, Mei Taohua's five senses have become incredibly sharp, with her left ear receiving a breath as soft as silk.

“There.” Plum Blossom turned to face the back of the operating table.

Just as Plum Blossom was about to burn the monster to ashes, a member's voice came from the doorway, "Minister, the doctors said that's your child, your own child."

The member emphasized the words "biological child".

Upon hearing the sound, Mei Taohua instinctively stopped her attack.

The sound traveled in all directions; the plum blossoms heard it, and so did the monster.

The monster, who was happily gnawing on its hand, suddenly stopped, shifted its position, and revealed its face to Plum Blossom.

Caught off guard by the sight of the despicable man's face, Mei Taohua suffered a double blow, both physically and mentally. Her tall frame swayed precariously.

What the hell is that?

The monster's back was covered in bumps that were nauseating and terrifying, but its front was no less so, or rather, it was even more impressive.

The monster had long limbs and a short body. It had no ears and three eyes on its face, their sockets overlapping each other, the pupils seemingly bumping against each other within their sockets. It clutched a severed limb, silently watching Mei Taohua while stuffing something into its mouth. Its mouth opened wide, revealing a dense array of sharp teeth, the gaps between which were filled with bits of Xia Ning Shuang's flesh, saliva and blood dripping from them.

“This is my child. No, it can’t be.”

The plum blossom was greatly shocked, and its body swayed unsteadily.

"Impossible, absolutely not. Xia Ningshuang must have found someone else behind my back. That monster could never be my child. How could my Mei Taohua's child look like this?"

Mei Taohua turned around and burned Xia Ningshuang's body to ashes with a fireball.
